Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this unique house is the perfect home base for your getaway. 10 min. to small town, 25 min to a larger town. 6 mi. to marina, 100 miles of boating Lake Roosevelt. Columbia River, 2 miles as a crow flies. Smaller Kettle River nearby. Miles and Miles of Forest area for horseback, ATV, snowmobiling, hunting or hiking all hop skip n jump away. 26 mi. from Canadian Border 1 hr from Lake Curlew. Small fishing lakes within the area. Beaches 5-25 min away. visit. the 2 mules on property. There are other units on the property although the house is quite private and faces the landscaping, the rolling hills and the amazing lake only. Plenty of uncovered parking for toys. There is a friendly dog at Cabin 100- 200' away to the side of house but set back behind a ways. , and you may hear her bark occasionally or see her run about.
