Le propriétaire a mis en beaucoup de mises à jour afin que vous vous sentirez à l'aise tout en continuant à payer les mêmes que ceux d'autres petits!

Harbor Village est un développement vraiment exceptionnel avec port privé, piscine extérieure et un bain à remous; piscine intérieure, bain à remous et une salle d'exercice ainsi qu'un terrain de jeu privé clos pour les enfants et un gazebo pour une belle soirée romantique.

De plus, il est à quelques minutes du centre-ville historique Manistee, le Riverwalk, golf de classe mondiale et de la pêche, des parcs publics et des sentiers de la nature. L'endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille, des escapades d'un week-end ou le plaisancier ou pêcheur avide!

Nice location with outdoor deck

Very nice for a small place just big enough for 2 larger adults. We enjoyed being so close to the pool, hot tub and work out room. Larger bed needed in bedroom but pull out couch was also utilized.

Condo with a view

Very nicely decorated unit that has the essentials. The bed and pillows were comfy. Very nice porch with a bistro table to have your morning coffee at over looking Man Made Lake. Quiet area. The unit does need a bit of maintenance; porch door difficult to close, screen door needs the track cleaned to close easier, the bedroom door needs to be planed (it does not close and is loud). The bedroom door did wake up my family. Great location though!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbor Village. We have stayed in this area many times and love it! The beach is a short walk from the condo. The grounds are nicely kept and lovely. It was just what we expected and will try to vacation here again in the future.

Wonderful fall weekend!

We had such a nice stay here during our first wedding anniversary. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We also loved getting breakfast and eating it on the benches at the beach.

Great location

Lovely area, great location so close to the beach. Everything was as described - I appreciated the nice coffee maker. The weather had gotten a little cooler and it was very quiet. Great restaurants and shops in town - a farmer’s market a few blocks over.

Great location walking distance to beach or manmade lake, with gorgeous sunsets!

Everything was easy, all well set up. Comfortable for a one bedroom place. I was surprised there was no laundry on site (I assumed it being a condo & I may have confused with another unit).

Long Weekend Away

Manistee Condo

This condo is in close proximity to the complex's pool as well as the public beach. The condo was nice but we do have two suggestions. First, the living room furniture, especially the couch, is very uncomfortable. We brought in our beach chairs to sit in. Second, the condo is basically clean but there were cobwebs on the ceiling fan as well as between the screens and inside windows. Also, the top of the headboard hasn't been dusted in a while. If those things were fixed, we would give it 5 stars.

Summer Fun in Manistee

Very nice location and amenities. The pools are awesome, great location to the beach! nice view of man-made-lake. The condo matched the photos nicely. clean and very comfortable except the couch and some carpet stains. we hand washed all the dishes that seemed to need it but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. Next time i will bring a bigger frying pan! LOL! it was very nicely equipped and would gladly stay again. Thank you!

Almost perfect!

The property was exactly as described and had everything needed for an enjoyable week in Manistee’s Harbor Village development. Bed was comfy for our picky backs, kitchen fully stocked, cozy gas log—perfect for two. Both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs overlooking a marina were great. Our only quibble—the sleeper sofa is pretty old and tired and squishy in the middle. Invest in a new one and this place would be TOTALLY perfect.

Great location

This was a wonderful place for our family of 4 to stay. It was very close to everything from the local beaches and hikes to the quaint shops and grocery store. There was a gorgeous sunset out the kitchen window every night. And the dear could be seen from here too. We definitely plan on staying here again! Tips: If you're not a fan of spiders, make sure to bring a can of spray for the surrounding patio area and entry way. The pull out couch was uncomfortable but the kids managed to bounce back just fine. Also if you want to do the pool area, just make sure to contact the manager on how to get the key/card. We had too much fun being out on the beach that we forgot to ask until our last day. So we just stayed in and played Monopoly that they had there in the closet.

If you like jump into deep past then this place for you.

Conditioner and heater not working but they still have some fireplace wich you can use for preheating.The door on the balcony does not lock.Bed in the bedroom was so annoying.And everything there really old.I mean REALLY OLD,they even have cassette video player 😅 Can't recommend this place to some one.

Great Condo

Popped into town for a quick weekend visit family. Condo was as expected and had everything we needed. Great place to stay and great hosts. This is the second condo we have stayed at with this host and will be returning in the future. This unit had a view of man-made lake where I spent so many summers. It has changed a lot, but it was a nice memory while drinking my morning coffee.

Below Expectations

We stayed 3 nights. Directions to the property were inadequate and confusing. There were no arrival instructions in the condo. No instructions for using 4 remotes for TV or where to take the trash. The photos of the property listed on VRBO were accurate but did not reveal the maintenance problems. One light was broken, and the sliding door had a broken lock. The patio floor and furniture were so dirty we did not use it. We contacted the property manager but he made no attempt to order a cleaning of the patio. The exterior of the condo was not maintained well. The railings need painting, and places that should have had plantings were bare. Trash was floating in the little stream near the entrance. We won't be renting this unit again.

Charming Condo with Incredible Location

The property was clean and well-kept with nothing lavish, just as described on the listing. Everything you would expect to be included with a VRBO stay was in-fact provided which was appreciated. Property owners were very quick to respond regarding check-in and check-out. We would stay at this location again and would certainly recommend to other friends/couples.

Cute little place to relax

This was a cute little place to relax for a few days. Location is great to the lake and a very short walk to the beach. While the weather didn't cooperate with us for a couple of days of kayaking, we did enjoy relaxing, taking walks and riding our bikes. The apartment was spotless!!

Cute, close to perfect place

Great location with lovely views. Close to the beach and town with convenient parking. Cute, beachy decor with small, well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed and living spaces including an adorable patio. We'd stay again, but this unit does not have a washing machine nor access to the complex's laundry facilities, so this needs to be corrected in the listing. (There is a laundromat in town). Also, the rain gutter outside (behind the bedroom closet) made quite a racket when it rained, which it did the last night we were there. Other than those two things, we very much enjoyed our stay.
