Spacieux, privé et très bien situé une chambre, une salle de bains à Southampton. Près du phare de Gibbs Hill, du Fairmont Southampton et des récifs, et du chemin de fer historique des Bermudes pour la marche, le vélo. Vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper ici! L'arrêt de bus au bas de Lighthouse Road vous emmène dans les deux sens - Hamilton est à 20 minutes, Dockyard est à 15 minutes. Port Royal Golf Course à seulement 10 minutes en bus ou en taxi. La chambre a un lit king-size, la salle de bain a été récemment rénovée et dispose d'une douche, d'un lavabo sur colonne et de toilettes. (La salle de bain est hors de la chambre principale, donc si plus de 2 personnes, vous devez être à l'aise pour entrer dans le maître pour accéder à la salle de bain.). Patio couvert et belle piscine. Télévision par câble, laveuse, sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée, comptoir hauteur bar, salon / salle à manger séparé. Canapé-lit dans le salon (en taille réelle, 2 couchages) et grand fauteuil-lit (simple). Joli jardin, porche couvert, piscine, barbecue à gaz et plus encore! Ports de charge récemment installés pour 220V et 110V pour les nouvelles voitures de location électriques!

Il y a deux appartements sur cette propriété. Pool House 2 (n ° de propriété 4981453) est un chalet de deux étages et deux chambres, et l'autre - Pool House 1 - est l'appartement d'une chambre attenant. Les deux sont des unités locatives et peuvent donc être loués séparément ou ensemble. L'appartement d'une chambre (PH1) peut accueillir trois ou quatre personnes, avec une chambre avec lit king size, un canapé-lit et un lit bébé (propriété 4174516 répertoriée séparément sur ce site). L'unité 2 (celle-ci) est un chalet principal de deux chambres avec lit king en maître avec une vue imprenable sur le port, des lits jumeaux (ou king) dans la deuxième chambre. Salle de bain partagée à l'étage avec douche (pas de baignoire) et salle d'eau, salle à manger, cuisine, salon, véranda couverte au bord de la piscine et patio arrière avec salle à manger / barbecue en bas. Marcher jusqu'à l'hôtel Fairmont Southampton et toutes les commodités (golf, tennis, spa, restaurants et plus), jusqu'au phare, au restaurant Henry VIII, etc. Nous sommes également câblés pour recharger les nouvelles voitures électriques disponibles à la location pour les visiteurs. Arrêt de bus à seulement 3 minutes à pied. Pratique et parfait pour explorer les Bermudes et se détendre au bord de la piscine. Vous devez vérifier avec moi (propriétaire) si vous souhaitez réserver les deux unités pour un total de 6 à 8 personnes et le taux / disponibilité.

Holiday Stay in Bermuda

Beautiful stay in paradise

We were in Bermuda for the month of February and it was magical. It was a fabulous property and very lush and peaceful. Diana is a terrific host and gave us excellent recommendations and helped us discover how special and kind the people of Bermuda are and the beautiful of this island. The whole experience touched our hearts. We will return and can’t wait.

This rental has all the amenities of home… very comfortable and relaxing…..close to the bus stops…..the host , Diana and Jez, go out of their way to guide you or offer recommendations or suggestions…..we were very fortunate to find this gem and plan on returning!

Anyone who successfully gets a booking with Diana and Jez at this Bermuda location will have really lucked out. The property is beautiful, the pool is just right and the hosts are so helpful while still giving you space to discover this glorious island and it's people. We were there for Hurricane Fiona and our hosts steered us safely through it. All together a wonderful vacation.

A little piece of paradise

A great place to spend an enjoyable vacation. Great views overlooking Great Sound. You can also see the dockyard in the distance. This property is close to the bus stop which is very helpful in catching the bus. If you rent a scooter or electric vehicle, this property has a place to park the scooter or charge your vehicle. Very close to beaches. Such as Horseshoe Bay, Warwick Long Bay, Stonehole Bay etc. Accommodations are wonderful. Plenty of room to relax. We made breakfast every morning and went out for dinner, but you can also Make your meals there if you choose to do so. Our hosts were very accommodating and their hospitality wonderful. We will definitely stay at the Pool House again on our next vacation to Bermuda. Quiet, peaceful and serene. A wonderful place!!

Ideal property in a great location, especially if you enjoy golf, walking, cycling and swimming in wonderful bays. Kitchen was very well equipped and king-size bed super comfy. Diana and Jez were perfect hosts in every way - very friendly but not intrusive.

Pool Home Vacation

Having the Pool House for our home away from home set the stage for our wonderful vacation in Bermuda. Diana and Jez were exceptional hosts and helpful in many big and little ways. The property is in an ideal location for visiting some of the best beaches and restaurants as well as an easy walk to a bus stop. The house was extremely comfortable, very clean, and well furnished. It is stocked with anything you need and then some. There are hookups for charging an electric vehicle(we rented an Anaig which has air conditioning).We enjoyed taking off for the day and coming back to spend time at the pool and chats with Diana and Jez. I would highly recommend renting The Pool House and look forward to returning for a repeat visit.

Magical place!

Our hosts, Diana and Jez, made our trip! They went out of their way to ensure we made the most of our stay. The rental unit is a “pool house” which is actually a large, well appointed one bedroom apartment adjacent to a private swimming pool. They have a twizzy charger on their property which is a HUGE CONVENIENCE.

We loved staying here. It was a very relaxing environment after a long day of playing hard. The owners were great. Public transportation is just a short walk away. The pool house felt like home to us as soon as we entered. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Home away from Home

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place and wonderful hosts Diana and Jez. They welcomed us with a pitcher of Bermuda’s second favorite drink, “The Swizzle,” as well as a delicious cheese and fruit plate. They made us feel as though we’ve known them for years. Everything you needed was provided. Very convenient to bus service, twizy rental (electric car) and all the gorgeous beaches. They will even call the taxi service to pick you up at the airport. We stayed for six days but wished we could have stayed longer that’s how warm and accommodating they were. We hope to return again in the near future. Rick and Cathy Cerza Farmington NY

Wonderful vacation home!

The Pool House was a great place to stay in Bermuda. It was close to the places we needed to be because we had family staying one the Fairmont Hotel. Diana and Jezz were wonderful hosts. We so enjoyed our stay with them. We cannot wait to stay there in the future!

Wonderful Stay in Bermuda!

We had the best time at Diana's beautiful home in Bermuda! The pool house was perfect for me, my husband, and our recently turned four year old. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the delightful tree frogs serenaded us to sleep each night. We loved the outdoor porch, that was always nicely shaded, and the natural salt pool was amazing and so warm. It was a nice touch to have the umbrellas for additional shade in the pool along with all the great pool floats. The pool house had a great selection of bath and beach towels and Diana also let us borrow snorkels, chairs, and an umbrella for the beach. The pool house was the perfect private oasis, yet very accessible to everything Bermuda offers. We stayed a lovely two weeks and utilized the nearby local bus to travel all over the island. We loved being so close to stunning Horseshoe Bay, the lighthouse, railroad trail, and Fairmont dining options (all great). For more casual dining nearby, we also liked Island Cuisine (two stops up on the bus) and Wok Express (quick walk) for sushi/Chinese. Diana was an absolute joy of a host. We were greeted warmly with the best rum swizzles on the island and a delicious cheese platter. Diana is extremely knowledgable about the Island, having grown up here, and provided many wonderful recommendations and interesting history. She kindly took us on an off-the-beaten track tour of places we could not get to by bus. This was on a weekend after her long work week and it was a true highlight for us. She also had a wonderful toy box with a dollhouse, books, chalk, etc. (for her grandchildren) that she so graciously let our four year old play with during the two weeks. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Diana's pool house and hope we can return to Bermuda and her home in the future! Thank you, Diana, for a wonderful and unforgettable vacation!

Beautiful location just minutes away from the stunning south shore beaches

Delightful home with extensive facilities and guests whom were always on hand to please. Magnificent pool and gardens a delight to use and easy access to the many beautiful beaches on south shore road . Would not hesitate to rebook and recommend this house.

Very nice apartment in quite and secluded area

We enjoyed our stay at he pool house. It is very well equipped!and maintained. There were three of us staying there and the only “minus” we had that the pull out sofa is not as comfortable as we would like. But it’s perfect for two people. Bedroom is equipped with king size bed. Owners Diana and Jaz are very nice and friendly. They even joined us for a drink at the restaurant. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic

Wonderful time at poolside house. Beautiful accommodations. We were greeted with a big cheese platter and a delicious pitcher of rum swizzles (the best on the island). Diana and Jez were so friendly and helpful. We really felt like at home. We rented a Twizzy and we were so happy that they had a charger installed in their driveway. We never had to worry about running out of power! Thank you Diana and Jez for making our vacation a wonderful one. Hope to see you soon! Chuck & Renie

Amazing spot

We loved our stay at the Pool House. Diana and Jez were terrific hosts. Couldn't do enough for us. We bought bus tickets in Hamilton at the Bus Terminal and travelled all over the island. The bus stops were just a short walk down the hill. Perfect weather (April 17-26) not too hot. The Bermudians are really nice and very helpful. Close to the Fairmont Southampton - shuttle bus up to several restaurants. A perfect trip. Thank you Diana and Jez.

Loved it!

Diana and Jez are inviting and hospitable hosts. We enjoyed the pool house and all its amenities. The location cannot be beat, shuttle to beach, groceries and restaurants a short walk away on the lovely railway trail, and beautiful views abound! Diana takes great pride in her property and her island home. I've stayed all over the island and this has been one of my favs! Thanks Diana & Jez for the fun times, it was great hanging out together. We will stay in touch and you will see us two Canadians again on our next visit.....

The Pool House is everything one could wish for

The Pool House is a charming ,comfortable ,well equipped vacation home in a pretty location ,five minutes away from buses which go all over the island & a 20 minute ride to Hamilton The owner Dianna & Jez are wonderful hosts & live on the property..They made us feel at home & are so welcoming helpful & flexible Our only regret is that we could not have stayed longer.A nice place to make a return visit

Outstanding vacation rental!

What's not to love! Beautiful cottage style home with every amenity you can imagine. A bed you never want to leave, a newly updated and beautiful bathroom, a kitchen that is stocked with everything you need--just like home, a lovely pool just steps from your door, all in a prime area of the island that lends itself to great restaurants, magnificent beaches and everything Bermuda. Our hosts, Diana and Jez are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They did everything to make our stay comfortable making many suggestions for what to do and where to go. What we enjoyed most was nightly cocktails by the pool with them sharing our lives and our stories together. Our last night there, a special one, we dined together at the Ocean Club celebrating birthdays and an end to a beautiful vacation. Many thanks Diana and Jez for making this our best Bermuda vacation ever (4 times)! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful house, great location and wonderful hosts.

We had our best visit to Bermuda at this charming, well appointed apartment. Diana & Jez made us so welcome it felt like a home from home. They provided loads of really useful local information and recommendations. Ideally located with beaches & bus stops within easy reach we found the apartment had everything we needed . Stepping out of the patio door into the pool and chilling out was just wonderful. We hired a scooter to explore the island and although we have visited Bermuda before, we still discovered some new beaches and coves. This would normally be out if our price range but as it was a special occasion we treated ourselves and it was worth every penny ! Thank you Diana & Jez for an amazing holiday.

Fantastic apartment!

Previous co-owner/manager of Pretty Penny Guest House, Grape Bay Cottages and Marley Beach Cottages, Diana KNOWS what her visitors are looking for. You can expect to be pleasantly surprised when you stay at the Pool House at the attention to detail. Diana wants to ensure that her guests are happy and have a memorable Bermuda visit. Her favourite saying is "Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away".... She wants to make sure you have many opportunities to find those moments when you vacation in Bermuda!

Lounge by the pool, walk up and over to the South Shore (or take the bus or rent a mo ped or car). Several restaurants and take-out eateries are within walking distance. Grocery store is nearby, the railway trail has miles of walking trails and paths, and location is central to everything.

Electric car charging ports recently installed!

This apartment is only available when the owner is travelling, as she usually lives here. So you are in a "home away from home". You need to understand that this is NOT a hotel room or purpose built - Diana is sharing her space with you, and that makes it very special. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
