Il est proche de l'autoroute. Slightly Disappointed

I had rented from you before in your 3B2B house down the road and was hoping for similar accommodations. What I found was that the beds were not comfortable and the pillows had no support. I ended up having to go and buy a pillow. The microwave did not work and there were only 2 tea glasses to use. The curtain rod in the bedroom on the left was hanging out of the wall. There was trash outside on the screened in porch and a dirty diaper on the ground. I didn't sit outside but thought you should know. I was so impressed with the first house we rented from you I was hoping for a little more. Thanks, Cindy Vincent

Very nice!

I stayed here for 8 weeks while on a travel nurse assignment and I had a very nice time. There was a little wear and tear on the unit but nothing major. Any issues that I had Mindy was quick to respond and have someone come take care of them. The neighbor was beautiful and I felt safe walking my dog at anytime of the day. It was within 20-45 minute easy drive of most attractions around Charleston. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice perfect 2 bedroom furnished Townhouse

Perfect 2 bedroom furnished townhouse close to everything you need. I like to cook instead of eating out. everything i needed was there, all i had to do if go buy food. Has washer and dryer 2.5 bath nice patio to sit in the morning and drink coffer or a adult drink in the evening. looking forword to staying there again when im in the area.

Wonderful Place!

Mindy's home is a wonderful getaway for a weekend exploring either North Charleston or Charleston Downtown! It's in a quiet, lovely, and beautiful town, and we greatly enjoyed the amenities of her comforting place. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a spot just outside of the city entertainment!

Ok but coukd be better

The house was comfortable for us, however a few things could have been better. There was a very small grill not big enough to cook for a family. There are soft spots in the floor in one bedroom upstairs. The light above kitchen didn't work and neither did the garbage disposal. The hood microwave didn't work, but there was one on the counter. The internet dropped off a couple times. The blender leaks. Measuring cups and spoons would have been great. Had to do dishes every meal as there were 5 forks. Kitchen could have been stocked much better with pans etc. It was by no means a bad stay, but could have been better with a few simple things.

Close Convenient

We were somewhat pleased with our stay in N. Charleston. It was nice to greeted with a tray of snacks and water – refreshing after flights. Our initial discontent was with HomeAways’ “hidden charges” that are not shown on the search – only showing after booking. When we chose the unit we were expecting one rate for weekend and a lesser charge for weekday. We arrived on Wed and departed on Sat. We were charged the same for all nights PLUS the fee, taxes, cleaning – outrageous, and the refundable damage fee. These charges doubled our expected – and shown rate. We did not damage anything so the damage refund has been refunded. The unit was clean but there were noticeable and needed repairs for something of that rate. Specifically: ½ bath toilet broken paper holder, light bulbs needed in dining area, the sofas were a disgrace – mismatched, dirty, uncomfortable – and NOT as shown in VRBO listing – in fact ALL photos need to be updated. The vertical blinds were broken needing to be closed manually, patio screen was cut at handle, carpet on stairs was filthy, front bedroom broken blind slat, bath light plate broken, tub is chipped, hole in curtain, iron board broken, back bedroom- bath had no sink drain plug, vent didn’t work, light switch defective. If damages are charged per rental the repairs haven’t been done. We mentioned a couple but to have mentioned all would have meant constant texting to owner. To list this as “Quiet and Close” is a bit of a stretch. The proximity to the interstate means constant heavy traffic noise and the AC unit at the back makes the patio un-useable while looking at the Recycle cart and the units behind! The unit was almost 20 miles to the downtown area taking over an hour with traffic. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and dishes/utensils. Towels and beds were very good.

Great condo In a quiet setting

Thank you much for the use of the condo, It fit our needs great. Nice and convient to the Navy base. It would be nice to have a few more pieces of silverwear and a measuring cup.

Cozy and clean town home

Our stay at Mindy's town home was wonderful !! It was homey and clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Mindy was very easy to communicate with and always answered my many questions very promptly. We would definitely contact her again for another stay.

Beautiful townhouse! Convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome! It was exactly as pictured, clean and well taken care of. It's a wonderful location! Close enough to Charleston for an easy 15 minute commute to downtown, close to major stores and fast food for convenience, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved the ease of checkin, and that the host had snacks and coffee available. We will definitely look to stay here again if ever in the area!

Nice place.

The place was clean and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. Good location for our stay. It could use some more items in the kitchen, a small selection of spices, cookie sheets, a few more dishes. The bedrooms could use some drapes to block out the lights from the parking lot. It was nice surprise to have some things stocked in the bathrooms, like shampoo conditioner and body wash. The pool was nice. The complex was clean and quiet.

Wonderful Weekend!

What a great place to stay!

This townhouse is awesome! We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Mindy was quick to reply to any emails we sent. We definitely plant to stay again.
