The Space:
Escape to our newly renovated desert retreat. Immerse yourself in stylish comfort with sun-kissed bedrooms, plush bedding, and ample closet space. The open-concept living area, complete with a cozy twin trundle and Smart TV, is perfect for relaxation. Whip up your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen or step outside to your private oasis. Soak in the hot tub, stargaze by the fire pit, get a workout in the hot yoga studio, or challenge friends to a friendly game of cornhole. Experience the ultimate desert getaway!

The Neighborhood:
The Desert Sol is located in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. There is minimal light pollution allowing for optimal star viewing. Joshua Tree is home to artists, hiking/biking trails, beautiful Joshua Trees, and desert rocks and landscaping, making this a stunning location for your getaway.

Getting Around:
It's best to get around by car. Rideshare options are few and far between and shouldn't be counted on for your trip.

AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.

ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING:
There is a long, private driveway for up to 6 cars to park (depending on size). Parking on the street is NOT allowed.

THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!

INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room.

HOT YOGA STUDIO:
There is a dedicated hot yoga/workout studio in the backyard. Yoga mats and basic weights provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining area, hammocks, lounge chairs, corn hole available for you to enjoy! Fire wood is not provided- please bring your own.

BEDROOMS:
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed; the other with a Queen bed. There is also a twin sized trundle bed in the living room. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil

SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.

PET-FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $50 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them. Waste bags are provided.

If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.

We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.
