Welcome to your modern getaway in the city on the 11th floor of Lavender Building! This well-appointed unit offers stunning city views from a private balcony, complete with a table and chairs for relaxing or working.

Before booking our property, please take note of the following important information:
1. Check in/out Process: This is a self check in and out process, you have to follow and read the instructions we will be sending before you in and out
2. Early Check-in: Requests for early check-in are subject to availability and will incur a fee of â±100 per hour. We suggest booking the day before your preferred date to ensure availability.
3. Late Checkout: Requests for late checkout are subject to availability and will incur a fee of â±200 per hour. If you want to stay till 3pm please note that it is consider 1 night
4. Pool Amenities: Pool is available for guest use every Mon to Wed and Friday ONLY with a fee of â±200 per head/day. Itâs not available on other days and public holidays and it would be exclusively used by residents and tenants only.
5. Visitors: Unauthorized guest or persons are not allowed. Please send us a message if you will be inviting a persons to the unit
6. Children: Children under 3ft are free of charge in the room.
7. Clean As You Go: Please wash your used dishes. Failure to do so may result in a charge of â±200 for additional cleaning.
8. Number of Guests: Please always declare the number of people staying, as the extra fee is for providing extra mattress, bedsheet, and blankets for their use.
9. Toiletries: We provide 2 of each item: bath towels, face towels, tissues, bath soap, and shampoo & conditioner.
10. Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the room. Our balcony is available for smoking and vaping.
11. Footwear Policy: No slippers, shoes, sandals, or any footwear allowed in the living and bedroom area.
12. Valid. ID: You must surrender 1 ID to our reception to receive a visitor pass. You can retrieve your ID after checkout. Lost passes will incur a violation fee of â±500 per card.
13. Parking: Guaranteed Parking comes with your booking and we will send the details of it 24 hours before check-in.
14. Same-Day Booking: For same-day bookings, please allow 1-2 hours for processing and to check if the unit is ready for check-in.
15. Balcony: Please do not hang anything on the balcony rails
16. Unit Keys: Please handle the unit keys with care. If any key is lost, a penalty fee will be incurred, along with labor costs and the expense of changing the door lock to ensure the safety of our next guest, as a lost key is considered tampered.
18. Security Deposit: We do not collect a security deposit. However, please note that we take a video of the unit before check-in as proof of its condition. Any damages will be reported to Airbnb, and additional charges, such as excess electricity usage, will be collected accordingly.
19. Monthly Stay: For stays of 1 month or longer, please note that utilities are subject to capped amounts. Water usage is capped at â±250, and electricity at â±2,000 per month. Wi-Fi is already included in the monthly rate. Any usage exceeding these caps will incur additional charges, which will be requested through Airbnb. You will also have to sign a lease agreement to ensure the protection of both parties.

Additionally, there's a laundry facility and a convenience store in the basement for added convenience. To top it off, I offer free parking for all my guests.
