The Space:
This 1910 property has been gutted down to the studs and remade as a fantastic triplex in a location that's impossible to beat for visitors going to Mayo Clinic. The apartment is one block from access to the subway system via the DAHLC with all new everything — walls, flooring, lighting, bathroom, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, windows, siding, roof and more. Restaurants and grocery stores are all less than a mile away.

55" smart TV with a Netflix subscription and high-speed wifi. The bedroom includes a queen bed and an Ellis sofa sleeper that pulls out into a twin. Everything you need to be comfortable!

The kitchen is small but functional with a full stove, small fridge and sink, and a coffee bar that extends into the living room. Granite counters and slow close cabinets.

Viking House is located 0.3 miles (5 minute walk, 2 minute drive) to Mayo Clinic, and 0.8 miles (17 minute walk, 3 minute drive) to St. Marys Campus. You’ll find yourself conveniently close to a variety of dining, grocery, and shopping options. For your daily needs, several grocery stores are nearby, offering a range of items from fresh produce to ready-to-eat meals. Everything you need is a quick walk away!

Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date, but less than 14 days, are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
