Great Location, Game Room, 2 Master Suites, Pool

This 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Enjoy the entire home to yourselves! Have the kids play around @ the pool in the backyard while you grill on the deck. The home has a tv in each bedroom and an amazing kitchen where you can cook up a great meal for the family. All guests will have free access to the amenities inside the gated resort. A lazy river, beach volleyball, outdoor basketball, Full gym, kayak, pool access & morePool and Spa heating: Is an additional fee of $30 a day per night.
(If the pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date allow 24(plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated.
Also heating time will take longer in colder temperatures.

Pool heat runs from 8:00 am- 8:00 pm and is set to 88 degrees and will not be set any higher than that or ran any longer. Please make sure yo are aware of this before paying for the service.

BBQ Grill: Free to use if available! Owner is not responsible to refill the propane tank prior to or during you stay. (Please make sure to clean all food from top and inside of grill when using it).

Important: Definitely NO smoking allowed at the home!

Service Calls to the home :
The entire home is checked very well prior to your arrival. This means all toilets are checked as well as internet, electric and water. If a toilet becomes clogged we do have plungers in the home for guests to use. If a toilet requires maintenance to be called out a service charge of $50 will be charged to the guests.

Insects/Inevitable:
Our homes are treated periodically for pest, but since Florida is a tropical environment some bugs may show up depending on the season. The vacation rental is treated every month as part of a pest and termite control program and is cleaned after each rental. We do not have control of it and will not provide compensation for such matters
