Your open floor plan has a family room, living room, and kitchen with premium appliances, a gas range & 2 wine fridges. Each bedroom has a private bath with a guest half bath. The primary bedroom offers an inviting sitting area perfect for reading or working! Step outside onto your expansive patio to enjoy outdoor living, or to cast off on your boat.

Guests are welcome to use the boat lift during their stay! Please review the specifications below to ensure your vessel is a safe fit:

• Maximum Beam (Width): 8 feet 6 inches
• Lift Type: Elevator lift
• Compatible Boat Types: Most center consoles, V-hull boats, and small deck boats
• Important Use Guidelines:
• Boats must be centered on the lift
• Do not exceed the weight or width limits
• The lift is not intended for personal use or lifting people
• Never leave the lift unattended while in operation
