Our place is located in Polanco, the most exclusive area of Mexico City. It is one of the safest and most elegant neighborhoods in town. The development where the property sits has all required services and amenities, including 24 hour-security, gym, and retail spaces. Within walking distance are some of the city's most fashionable shopping centers, boutiques, restaurants and bars.

The Space:
The Penthouse is set on the 22nd floor of a brand new development in Polanco, comprising services such as 24 hour-security, private gym, sky-lounge, garden and playground, shops and restaurants, as well as free parking for guests. It offers privileged views of Mexico City.

The property is spread across two levels. On the top floor you will be greeted by a bright and spacious open-plan living room and dining area; tastefully designed and furnished with style and comfort in mind. This level also has a large, fully equipped kitchen and bar with top of the line appliances. The whole top floor is surrounded by an extensive private outdoor terrace which includes outdoor seating and dining areas for an unparalleled view and experience of Mexico City.

The lower level houses the property's three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and fully-equipped laundry area. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, large TV (with premium satellite TV, Netflix, and streaming services), full private bathroom, and its own private balcony.

The second bedroom includes a king size bed. The third bedroom offers two twins beds and its own dedicated work space. There is a full bathroom to service these two bedrooms.

In addition, there is also a clothes washing/drying machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer at your disposal.

Getting Around:
Uber is cheap, safe and always available. We also have two private parking spaces in the building that you can use if you're bringing your own car.

Other Things to Note:
Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced.

We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.
