Welcome to our relaxing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo in a Caribbean paradise at the gated community of Colony Cove! The condo is located just steps away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea on Sugar Beach! Parking, community pool, and Wifi are included!
Our condo is located on the first floor and is freshly renovated. The condo offers a King bed in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has their own ac unit along with an ac unit in the living room. Also each bedroom and the living room are equipped with their own smart TV. This deluxe condo has a washer and dryer. The galley offers gorgeous views on the Colony Coves Gardens and ocean. If you enjoy snorkeling, look no further. You can snorkel right out front to see a variety of sea creatures which could include sting rays, sea turtles, starfish, conch, and a variety of colorful fish. We do have snorkeling gear for your convenience! We also have a variety of beach amenities such as chairs, beach towels, noodles, and a few fun toys! If you have little ones, we have a pack n play as well as a high chair. The condo is minutes away from the boardwalk, dining, fun shopping, as well as historical sites of the islands history! Our kitchen has all you need if you love to cook! Several fresh fish markets are minutes away from the condo where you can find the fish of the day or delicious local Caribbean lobster! There are several grocery stores located nearby to make your favorite dishes. Or if you prefer to dine out there some amazing restaurant such as Dugans Reef and The Bombay Club. Le Cuisinier and Coral Sea Café are within walking distance of the condo.
The beautiful island of St. Croix has so many adventures to offer, whether it be to relax, explore, deep sea fish, snorkel, gamble, scuba dive, ride horses in the ocean, zip line, or even parasail! You can book a trip to buck island and snorkel the largest living reef of any of the Caribbean islands. The island has a variety of gorgeous beaches! There is nighttime kayak tours of the breathtaking bioluminescence bay! You can also visit the gorgeous botanical gardens! If you are looking to island hop, there is a sea plane and ferry that makes daily trips to St. Thomas. I would definitely recommend a rental vehicle to take in everything St. Croix has to offer!

There have been larger amounts of Sargassum seaweed on the island recently. When it accumulates, it can have a very unpleasant smell and make the beach in front of the condos less desirable to use. Luckily the island has many other gorgeous beaches to use that don’t have sargassum. The seaweed comes in in higher volumes in the summer months. With that being said, we cannot issue refunds as we have no control of how much or when the sarggasum comes in.
