Parque da Corcovada Albufeira

This luxury 2 bedroom, 1st floor apartment is fully air-conditioned (new system fitted 2023), and furnished to a very high standard.

One of the largest apartments on the development at 195 square metres, the spacious living area contains dining table and 6 chairs, sofas, coffee table, side table, 40 inch LCD TV, Digibox, DVD/CD player.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment and is free to guests. The lounge has the benefit of two balconies, both south facing, with table and chairs overlooking swimming pools and landscaped gardens. The L-shaped living room can be divided by extending the concealed full height wooden dividers to create a totally private sleeping area which has its own sofabed, air-conditioning unit, bedside table and lamp.

The property meets all the rental requirements of the Portuguese authorities and has been granted Rental Licence, no. 13343/AL. Parque da Corcovada is served by local cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the famous 'Strip' with its numerous bars, discos and restaurants. Nearby attractions such as Zoomarine and Slide and Splash will keep the children entertained and for golf lovers the Algarve is renowned for having some of the finest courses in Europe.

Excellent !

Le logement est trĂšs spacieux +++ on ne risque pas de se marcher dessus ! Il est Ă©galement trĂšs propre et fonctionnel. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able et fraĂźche de quoi se rafraĂźchir avec la tempĂ©rature extĂ©rieur trĂšs Ă©levĂ©e dans la rĂ©gion. Tony et toute la famille sont accueillants et arrangeant. Le seul bemol c’est la localisation on est pas dans le centre d’Albufiera on ne peut donc pas y aller Ă  pied mais rapidement en voiture. Bref nous avons adorĂ© ! Merci beaucoup!

JUST PERFECT

One word perfect ! The flat is amazing, big flat, lot of light, very nice space, good location, super clean, nice swimming pool, quiet - you can do everything by walk - shops / restaurants are around the corner We had a really great time there !!! A Wonderful Family Stay in Albufeira,We had a fantastic holiday at Tony’s place—beautifully kept, spacious, and perfectly located for both relaxation and adventure. The kids loved the nearby beaches, and the accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Tony was a great host—friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families looking to enjoy the best of Albufeira!

property was great. very large and good aircon. quiet by the pool and at night. only downside is we asked for a second key as there’s a bug group of us and we only received it on the last night so wasn’t much help. tony was very good a communication and will definitely come back here

Absolutely brilliant

Cannot fault a thing.Huge apartment with all facilities.We went mid Sept pool was a little cool but fine.Quite a few people staying but always got a sunbed . Great cmmunication with Tony and transport check in with Wendu Nick Kylie etc. Will stay again TOsunbed

The best apartment!!!

We have stayed at different properties in the Corcovada complex before but this apartment was by far the largest and the nicest too. We had such a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent - Exactly as described

We loved this apartment. Very spacious and well equipped with loads of cupboard space. You turn into the wrong rooms for a few days until you get used to the layout there is so much room! Exactly as described and communication with Tony was first class and really prompt at all times. Nothing was too much bother for him. Wendy the property manager was there when we arrived from the airport as arranged and was always available when we had to call her to ask a question or two. 1 large balcony at the rear off the main bedroom and 2 smaller ones off the living area overlooking a really good sized pool which was never too busy and always plenty of loungers available. Tony was wonderful and understanding when on our last night we asked for help when my daughter had a medical emergency due to a nut allergy reaction and offered us to stay on a few nights. Thankfully all was resolved at hospital and she was okay to fly the following morning. All round a great apartment and I would definately stay here again. Superb.

Great Location

Large, comfortable apartment that suited our needs very well. Underground parking is very convenient along with elevator. Pool unheated but was warm enough to enjoy by late March. Unit could use more towels as 1 towel each for 28 days is a stretch. We were two retired couples that would certainly return. Excellent value all things considered and a great location to use as an Algarve base.

Beautiful spacious Apartment

We stayed in Tony’s apartment for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb 24. The apartment has everything you need and more. Two large south facing balconies overlooking a gorgeous pool. There were plenty of towels and bedding and a very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Even a rice maker which I am gonna buy now I’m home. Communication with Tony was excellent. We were met buy a lovely lady called Bev who showed us around and then if we needed anything we had contact details of Wendy. We’re hoping to book again for next year.

Phenomenal Family Condo

We spent 3 weeks in Europe and this was our favorite rental. It's more spacious that it looks from the listing, it's clean, and well put together. I loved the fact that the kids could go swimming in the pool and I could watch them from the balcony. It fit our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) perfectly. We loved the location... It's just outside the main tourist are of Albufiera, which is a good thing. The complex is really quiet, away from the business of Albufiera, but close enough to easily drive in. There's an Aldi Supermarket like 2 minutes away. I 100% recommend this property.

Lovely Apartment

Our stay in Albuferia was enhanced by this lovely apartment. It is very spacious and very comfortable. There are three balconies, two overlooking the beautiful grounds and pools. The location is terrific. It is in walking distance of two main shopping and eating streets as well, as the party Street known as “The Strip”. It is a 20 minute walk to one of the many beaches and only a 5 minute walk to a large supermarket and to the bus stop. My husband and I like to walk, so we frequently walked to Old Town which took about a half hour and several times walked to the bus terminal. However, there are buses to all these areas. Albuferia can be very hilly, but the location of this apartment was on fairly level ground which made walking to the various areas much easier. Our host Tony, was great. We had an issue with the heat and he responded immediately making sure the technicians were doing what needed to be done. Tony’s home watch agents , Nick and Wendy, were very responsive. Tony arranged for Nick to pick us up at the Faro airport and when we landed he was there waiting for us. He willingly picked us up early in the morning to drive us back to Faro for our return flight home. Wendy was also most helpful with any questions I had. Although the apartment is close to main attractions, it is situated in a very quiet complex with only local travel. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.
