This newly updated apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a brand-new Queen-sized bed and a large walk-in closet.
The full bathroom is located off the bedroom and features a standing shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and makeup remover.

Kitchen + Living Space
This apartment has a bright, cheery kitchen stocked full of seasonings, utensils, dishes, cookware and olive oil. The kitchen has a full-sized stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator as well as a coffee bar with a Keurig, sugar and creamer. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and four barstools at the countertop, as well as a small 2-person dining table.
The kitchen and living room are connected and the living area has 2 cozy leather chairs as well as a loveseat. The large HD TV is Roku-enabled so you can stream your favorite movies and TV shows.
There is also a back door that leads to the shared patio space with a small bench so you can enjoy the outdoors.

This building has 3 short-term rental units with doors facing the street. The rest of the units are long-term tenants. Please be respectful to our tenants and mindful of noise levels.

Guest Access:
As guests, you will have private access to the entire 1-bedroom apartment. You may also go into the shared outdoor space behind the unit.

The Neighborhood:
This is a historic neighborhood located near the main area of Berthoud. There are multiple antique stores around the building, as well as restaurants and shops. There is a laundromat directly across the street from the rental.
There are train tracks near the building and you may be able to hear train noises, as the trains do pass through Berthoud daily.

Getting Around:
The best option is to have a car, however, you can walk to numerous shops and restaurants around Berthoud.

Other Things to Note:
There are many long-term renters that live in this building. Please be respectful of the tenants- quiet time starts at 10 pm.
