We are proud to present this stylish One bedroom apartment located in the beautifully landscaped community of Port De La Mer. Guests will have an unforgettable stay in this Mediterranean inspired area with Le Mer beach on your doorstep as well as the large amount of retail outlets and restaurants along the waterfront to enjoy, what vacation dreams are made of! Downtown Dubai is a short car ride away, or travel a bit further to explore the Dubai Marina and JBR beach.
This spacious apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind and is perfect for a couple or single traveler alike. With modern furnishings and tasteful decor throughout, it has all the amenities to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay including high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
The open plan living and dining area features a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a comfortable dining table to seat six and the living area has a large comfortable L shaped sofa with a smart TV. There is also a a furnished balcony and separate laundry cupboard.
The bedroom has a King-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a separate full bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels and essentials as well as a toiletry starter pack.
Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers such as a state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool and beach access.
