We are proud to present this spacious one bedroom apartment located in Dubai Hills. Guests will enjoy a stylish getaway in this space and with the perfect combination of urban landscapes and lush nature, this tranquil community is perfect for a stay outside of the bustle of the city. There are a number of retail stores and cafes nearby, guests have everything they need for an unforgettable stay.
Guests will feel at home in this inviting space, featuring elegant furnishings throughout - and equipped with all the amenities needed to add extra comfort and convenience to your stay. The apartment also includes high-speed WIFI with average speeds of 250mbps.
The apartment features an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove. There is a large dining table to seat six. The living area has two comfortable sofas and smart TV, furnished balcony as well as a separate laundry cupboard.
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed to accommodate a maximum of two guests with a full separate bathroom which is stocked with hotel grade towels and bathroom amenities.
Guests can enjoy the facilities that the building offers, as well as other features temperature controlled swimming pool, state of the art gymnasium and tennis courts.
