Villa LipaHills with a private swimming pool, sauna, hot tube, garden pavilion and lounge area, located in nature by Belgrade. It’s ideal for parties or family holidays as well as for a short stay on the way. The villa is located 10km from Belgrade with an easy access from highway. Stunning nature and view from the hill.
The villa is isolated from crowds and noise providing complete privacy. Right after the garden there is a beautiful forest that creates amazing air with a 20-minute walk to the lake. The villa has 200 square meters, and was built with a great emphasis on comfort and ecology. It uses and generates solar energy. It has a maximum sleeping capacity of 13 people and up to 20 people daily. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining room and a large TV. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets in the house and toilet with shower by the pool. The pool 3x8 meters and depth of 1.5m has heating system working from May till October provided the outside night temperature is above 15+. The sauna and hot tube are opened all year round. Mini gym and children's playground on air are available.
There is a huge garden pavilion suitable to any weather conditions with a sitting capacity of 20 people, campfire and a lot of equipment for enjoyment, activities and relaxation. Guests have at their disposal crockery, glasses, cutlery, hygienic elements, towels as well as air conditioning and WIFi.
The barbecue is fully equipped to every guest. Child’s chairs, cots, bikes, table tennis and pool equipment are free, available by a request. There is a private parking for 4 cars. City bus station and supermarket is on 5min walk from the gate. It takes 30 min to get Villa from airport and 30 min to city center.
There are few steakhouses (meat restaurants) nearby. Hypermarkets Lidl and Metro are 10 min drive along with mini markets on the way. 5min walk there is a supermarket with a huge stock of products.
Airport transfer, excursions and car rent provided by the property and available by a request. There are few cars available with a sitting capacity up to 9 persons. The professional musical acoustic is available by request.
