Escape to the luxury of Moondance at La Brisa, a gated Condo community, just steps from the beach on Key West's Atlantic coast. This condo will provide a getaway you won't forget. Walk into the tranquil setting as you view the soothing colors that fill the environment with a cool tropical vibe.

With a large flat-screen TV in the living room, two comfortable chairs, and a sofa, the living room invites a small group to enjoy the trappings of this home-away-from-home as they entertain or get ready for a night out. If you wish to move things outside, take a moment on your private balcony and kick your feet up as you enjoy the view of Key West's unique Salt Ponds.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher. This kitchen is spacious enough for preparing any dine-in dinner party on copious counter space. Then, enjoy your meal at your table for four.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed and plenty of space with a private bathroom and doors leading to the balcony. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and is connected to its own bathroom.

Getting out into the sun is a must, so why not make your way to the resort-style pool? Lay out on a poolside lounger surrounded by lush tropical plantings, or slip into the Jacuzzi for a soak. Shared tennis courts are available for your use, as well as gas barbecue grills and a picnic area.

Moondance makes a wonderful home base as you prepare to venture out into all that Key West offers. If you're looking for a relaxing day out on the beach, Smathers Beach is your best option, with expansive views of the Atlantic and beaches broad enough for anyone to have a quiet strip of sand all to themselves, and it's just steps away. Downtown is a 20 minute bike ride, where you can immerse yourself in the happenings of world famous Duval Street. You may want to consider transportation since this rental is not in old town. Uber or taxis are available if you do not have a car, or bikes and scooters are easy to rent.

1st time in the Keys

This location is nice if you have a car- which we did. It is private and clean. The kitchen has what you need to make a quick meal or snack. There is a beach across the street that is free! The pool seems nice, but we didn't personally use it. Hideaway is fantastic management. They communication and help was wonderful and kind. We'd use it again. Suggestions- please make the trash collection slight more clear. We hunted down the bins and it was fine. The cable connection- steaming isn't that great. Often it was speckled and delayed.

Well equipped place for a quiet stay.

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples. The unit had everything we needed. We cooked about 1/2 of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The property was quiet and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool that was on site. We did have to rent a golf cart as downtown Duval Street was a few minutes away but we didn't mind because that was part of the fun of going to Key West. Communication with our hosts was easy. We would stay again.

Great home base for my wife’s BD Week in KW

The stay a La Brisa brought back some wonderful memories staying there at my best friend’s La Brisa Oceanfront Condo. The last time we were at La Brisa Condos in KW was in 2003. The gated community has been well kept & maintained. Our condo layout was identical to my old friends. We returned to the routine we started with our first stay back in 1997. Morning 3 mile walk along Smathers Beach on city sidewalk up to Fort & back; light breakfast of coffee & bagel; 2 hrs alongside the pool reading/listening to tunes; upstairs in condo for lite lunch; quick shower then lounge until time to take in a great restaurant for Florida seafood. Repeat daily! Only wish was for a condo balcony overlooking ocean / beach front in lieu of salt ponds.

Enjoyed our stay.

We really liked the community pool and hot tub as well as the beach across the street. The balcony furniture could be updated to make it a newer. The location was a bit far for walking into the downtown area of Key West but was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Stay

Stayed at this little nook for ten days with my older parents for a decompression stay. Never been to Key West and overall, I really enjoyed my vacation and loved my stay at Moondance. I was able to communicate very easily with the property managers for anything I needed at any time. The only things that appeared to be a slight turnoff for us were that the floors didn’t appear to be very clean when we arrived and there were tiny ants in the kitchen on the walls but they were never a bother. Otherwise, completely recommend staying here!

Don’t be fooled! Unsafe area! Choose elsewhere.

1. Cumbersome check in process NOT co-located to the property, causing extra Uber fees. 2. Upon arrival the area is NOT a safe area and my daughter experience aggressive and inappropriate sexual advances from a resident. 3. We did NOT feel safe in this area and then refuses to stay. 4. Property manger would NOT refund any of our reservations money because ‘he had never seen this happen before and needed video proof-uh yeah! 5. VRBO representative said’ if you feel unsafe just go in your room. Unless someone is breaking into the room, then there is no problem!! 6. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Great Vacay condo with pool and across from the beach

The vacation condo was spacious, well appointed and in a great community. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and had all of the kitchen amenities. The pool was lovely and the beach across the street was gorgeous. The only drawbacks were having to drive 15 minutes past the residence to go and get the keys and then drop them off there even though the airport is 2 minutes down the road. Also, if the place came with 3-4 bikes, that would be a huge help given the place's location. We ended up renting a golf cart for 2 days to facilitate getting to key locations. Overall, we were very comfortable and loved it.

Great Experience!

My friends and family had a great experience at this property! The unit was very clean and exactly as it was advertised. It was spacious and the expectations for us were very clear. When I had an issue with my bathroom sink, I received a quick response that it would be fixed, although it took a full 24 hours to actually be fixed. Overall, though, no issues and I would definitely stay here again.

La Brisa was a BREEZA!

Condo was just as described. Great location… Smathers beach directly across the street. Away from the hustle and bustle but easy (and fun!) to navigate with a golf cart! Balcony was fabulous… overlooking the salt marsh. Bed on the spare room could use a new mattress but otherwise and very comfortable condo!

Property was clean and in a good location. Beautiful beach was across the street. Check in was a little inconvenient. Had to go to one location to get key and then drive back to property. Inconvenient when using Uber.

Beautiful for a getaway

This property was beautiful and well appointed. It is a bit of a walk to the happenings in Duval, but close to the beaches. Communication prior to staying was minimal, but everything worked out great!

Nice place

A little bit of a drive everywhere due to construction but once that’s done it will be fine. Never stayed at a place where the pictures were so accurate. All in all very great trip.
