The Space:

Our villas comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in total, with each villa featuring a Queen bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, which can be split into single beds. With 2.5 bathrooms and expansive living areas per villa, they offer an ideal retreat. Savor meals on our terraces overlooking the sea while you unwind by the private outdoor pools. The fully stocked kitchens and indoor/outdoor dining spaces make them perfect for entertaining. For those looking to explore, free parking is available, and Mykonos Town is only a 15-minute drive away. Our local hosts are ready to provide recommendations and assist with anything you need to make your stay exceptional. Located at Houlakia Beach, our villas are just 4 km (2.5 miles) from Mykonos Town, offering easy access to popular destinations such as Ag. Stefanos Beach (2.6 km / 1.6 miles), Ornos Beach (9 km / 5.6 miles), Scorpios (11.3 km / 7 miles), Alemagou Beach Bar (12 km / 7.5 miles), and Mykonos Airport (8.6 km / 5.3 miles).



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and crockery, as well as a coffee maker.



The residence is fully stocked with bath towels and terry items. Laundry detergent is

supplied and available for your use. An initial allotment of bath amenities

are provided; additional items can be purchased from the local grocers.



***Reaching our villas involves a scenic, but also steep and winding drive, with the final half mile on a simple gravel road - if you’d prefer not to drive, our concierge team will gladly arrange transportation.

***Tap water is not safe to drink. Use bottled water for all consumption, including coffee and cooking. Our local team has prepared a six-pack of 1.5L bottled water for your arrival. If you need more, you can purchase at supermarkets or order additional bottles through the local team for an extra fee.

***Please be aware that there might be some construction works taking place on nearby properties during your stay.
