Cozy Room Close to Universal

Hey there!
I am an artist, photographer and designer, and sometimes paint for relaxation! I'm Turkish and live in Orlando 7 years. I rent my room(s) for reduce my rent not making money! So please don't expect fancy hotel experience :)

My rooms clean all the time!

Some house rules are important for me and it's related to hygiene.
No shoes in the house (you can use the shoe rack next to the entrance and thank you for your understanding!)

Kitchen (Usually I shoot foods and my kitchen is mostly busy) and laundry (0.4 mi away coin laundry is available) not allowed to use.

A kitchen is not allowed for my guest because usually I shoot products and foods in my living room and kitchen counter top. If you see me at home shooting food, please be my guest for eat!

Perfect for solo or couple travelers.

I provide clean sheets and towels (one bath, two hand towels), also toilet paper.

Bathroom is shared. Toilet papers should be in the bin next to the toilet (Sorry I'm mentioned this but I had unpleasant experiences).

In the community swimming polls and gym available for use.
