A true family country house, with an elegant, welcoming atmosphere, country decor, classic and light. Fully equipped, very spacious and perfect for a relaxed holiday in the countryside and at the same time with great access and comfortable travel distances from Lisbon (40 minutes) and other points of interest to be developed later.
The house, with an area of 310 m2, is distributed over a large living and dining area, with a fireplace and views of the garden. It has cable channels and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob and electric oven for comfort and safety, with a dishwasher and separate laundry room.
There are 3 bedrooms, with capacity for 6 people. There are 3 double bedrooms, one of which has an additional bed and can be used as a twin. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and the master suite has a bathroom with bathtub and closet.
There is also a guest bathroom with shower.
Large windows and shutters accompany the entire house, which features the traditional covered shed and the garden and pool area. A beautiful garden surrounds the entire house with lawns, lakes, an imposing cedar, and a variety of other trees, olive, almond and cherry trees. Two pleasant areas covered with rustic wooden tables are the ideal place for alfresco meals and barbeques.
Surrounded by rural surroundings, with lots of privacy, although not isolated, it is completely private.
For total comfort, it is equipped with central heating and mosquito nets.
