Suite au dernier étage! Unité joliment meublée avec vue sur les eaux bleues aquatiques du golfe du Mexique!

Ce condominium de 1700 pieds carrés (y compris le porche enveloppant) décoré sur mesure offre une vue panoramique unique sur l'océan. Le plan d'étage divisé a un espace de vie centralisé. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Grande chambre des maîtres avec lit king-size, salle de bain privée 3/4 et dressing.

Détendez-vous et savourez une boisson fraîche sur la terrasse panoramique enveloppante donnant sur le phare et le port de plaisance de Faro Blanco. Visitez et savourez un dîner dans l'un des nombreux restaurants de la région. Prenez un bain de soleil ou nagez sur la plage voisine de Sombrero ... à seulement 5 km du complexe.

Utilisation de la marina: des impuretés quotidiennes et mensuelles sont disponibles. Des dispositions distinctes pour le stationnement de la glissade et de la remorque peuvent être prises par le complexe attenant. Le parking des roulottes est gratuit. Cependant, le lancement de bateau n'est pas disponible sur place mais à proximité.

Réduction pour les clients: Les clients du condo bénéficient d'une réduction de 15% sur la nourriture et les boissons au restaurant et bar Yacht Club.

Organisez des chartes de pêche pour la pêche en haute mer au large du pont Seven Mile à proximité ou faites de la plongée avec tuba sur les récifs coralliens de la région. Moins d'une heure de route est populaire à Key West et c'est à environ un mile à pied de Seven Mile Bridge pour voir des couchers de soleil spectaculaires!

Cette unité fait appel aux non-fumeurs car nous demandons que le tabagisme soit limité à la terrasse. Désolé, les animaux ne sont pas autorisés.

50th Birthday

Beautiful property! Pictures don’t do it justice, especially the newly renovated bathrooms. More spacious inside than expected, with plenty of room for 3 couples. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect Marathon

Faro Blanco condo has been where we’ve stayed for years and is perfect for family and friends. So many great amenities- the bedroom set up, the kitchen with everything you can need, the wraparound screened porch with wonderful views, access to pool, dining etc, etc etc

Excellent Condo for a holiday

The property was every bit as good as it appeared in the listing. Gary was excellent to deal with, easy to contact and quick to reply. The location is excellent with a very large balcony where we ate most of our meals. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the equipment needed. Living room is large and comfortable. Easy access to the gated community and the pool and restaurant next door are a real plus. Good local supermarket. We rented bikes which were fun. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to the Keys.

Retro vacation for family

We had stayed here 30+ years ago several different times. It was just as we remember it. The condo is older but still spacious and comfortable. The grounds, pool & docks have changed due to the hurricanes. Having the resort amenities available was great. The condo could use some updating but once the air conditioning got fixed everyone enjoyed themselves

Excellent condo

The unit is beautiful with a great view of the gulf. The owner is very accommodating and responsive to all requests. This was our 5th trip to Marathon and the best place we've stayed yet. We would not hesitate to use this condo again.

Beautiful Condo

The property was nice and easily accessible. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The beds and layout of the condo was very comfortable. Traveling for our first wedding anniversary and we arrived to flowers and a note wishing us a happy anniversary. Such a lovely personal touch! Would definitely stay here again when traveling to the Florida Keys.

Just Amazing !

Truly amazing spent our Christmas 2021 holiday here, Gary answering every single question, went above and beyond to make us comfortable… This beautiful Eye opening condo Over loooks the Beautiful ocean, has everything you would possibly need!!! Right down to A fully stocked kitchen, The Large bedrooms with king size beds are very comfortable, I even got a phone call from housekeeping to make sure there was nothing that I needed ….WOW even had laundry detergent and softener…. David & Avis Bowen

Awesome place to stay.

Everything was great. Plenty of room, nice furnishings, swimming pool at hotel was excellent. View from screened in patio is amazing. Close to everything. Will stay again if visiting Marathon.

We were overjoyed when we walked into the condo. A spectacular view, comfy beds, spacious layout, stocked with kitchen essentials and beach toys, attentive hosts, clean, and a great location for all the great fishing, restaurants, and beach that Marathon offers and easy to get to other islands. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved it!

We stayed one month. For most of that it was just the two of but for about five days some family joined us. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. The view is to die for! Others that live in the building were so friendly. The pool area is great and the location was amazing. You can walk to some restaurants and tiki bars. The screened in veranda with the top floor views made it so easy to just sit and relax..great for anyone who cannot be out in the sun much. Watching the yachts and boats was so fun. The owner has furnished it with everything you need. You cannot go wrong here. Clean, comfy and beautiful.

Amazing Vacation Home

We loved this place!!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the patio is absolutely Beautiful! Gary and Sandra were great and both checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the Keys.

Convenient with great views

We come to the Keys annually for the week of mini season and just love the faro blanco property. The unit was spacious allowing everyone to have some down time. We loved the screened in porch area. With the constant breeze it never got too hot while we enjoyed our view of the ocean and marina. We bring a boat with us and it was nice to be able to see it from our room and only be a 2 minute walk from it. We look forward to returning!

Gary was born and raised in Minnesota and lived for many years in Michigan.. He moved to Florida in 2006 and has been enjoying the sunshine and beautiful waters of Miami Beach and the Florida Keys. Faro Blanco is a special place with excellent water views, lighthouse and the activity of a bustling marina.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose the Florida Keys for a vacation destination for the past 10 years so it only seemed natural to want a permanent place of my own in the Keys. It is centrally located with great views, restaurants, activities, etc. While different from Key West with a small-town feel, Marathon remains close enough to visit the 'Conch Republic' when. and if, desired.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I thoroughly enjoy walking along old Seven Mile Bridge on the way to Pigeon Key and searching for sealife in the shallow aqua/blue waters. Spotted rays, dolphin, shark, sea turtles and a huge variety of tropical fish are there - if you are lucky enough to see them! Marina is available for boat dockage and trailer parking on a first come, first serve basis. Trailer parking is free. However, boat launching is not available on site but nearby.

Guest Discount: Condo guests enjoy a 15% discount on food and beverages at the Yacht Club Restaurant and bar at the resort.
