For a scenic walk, head to the Dana Point Headlands Conservation Area, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the coastline. If you're a fan of art, check out the Laguna Art Museum, which features works by California artists. For a fun day out with the family, visit the Ocean Institute, where you can learn about marine life and participate in hands-on activities. Finally, end your day with a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants in the area. Other amazing attractions include The Coach House Concert Hall, Monarch Beach Golf Links, Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Art Festival, Top Of The World, and San Onofre State Beach.

This cozy home offers a bright and welcoming open floor plan on the top floor, which is perfect for entertaining. The chef's kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a built-in double oven and a Keurig coffee maker, making cooking a breeze. On this level, you will also find a bunk bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spiral staircase that leads to a rooftop terrace with stunning city views.

The middle level includes two bedrooms and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV, while the bunk bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. From the lower level, you can access the home's private enclosed patio, where you will find a comfortable lounge area, a putt-putt green, two loungers, and a Ping-Pong table. This area is perfect for relaxation and entertainment!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
