Hyper centrally located 80㎡ square apartment with one very large bedroom and one living room with a convertible sofa. Newly refurbished flat, fully equipped kitchen, separate WC and bathroom and a balcony facing the street with a pleasant view over the city centre.

The flat is centrally located, with just 3 minutes walking distance to the "Grande Île de Strasbourg" and less than 10 minutes walking distance to the Cathedrale de Strasbourg.

The flat is newly refurbished and fully equipped, including all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. It is not allowed to smoke in the flat yet there is a balcony with a smoking area.

The living room has a convertible sofa which can be used as a bed for two guests. Bed sheets, linens, pillows and blankets are provided.
There is a one very large bedroom with a double bed, a designated study area, a dressing corner as well as a reading corner. The bedroom also has a second, yet narrower balcony.

The kitchen, the bathroom and the WC are fully equipped with all necessary amenities.

Check-in can easily be self-made via a lock-box.
