Green Villas El Coco is a comfortable and cozy, share a beautiful large common area with pool, wet bar and BBQ area with other six apartments.

The apartment counts with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, this makes them perfect for friends traveling together or families. Each apartment has new AC, hot water, WIFI, cable TV, and towels.

Walking distance to the beach, 200 meters.

La villa es de dos plantas, en la primera planta encontrará la cocina, sala y comedor, en la segunda planta cuenta con 2 dormitorios, con 1 cama queen y 2 camas individuales, 1 baño en el medio de las habitaciones, para un máximo de 4 personas. Incluye duchas con agua caliente, internet, televisión con cable y toallas durante la estadía.

La cocina está completamente equipada, con vajilla, microondas, refrigeradora, tostador, coffe maker, cocina con horno, utensilios para cocinar, y copas de vidrio.

The villa is on two floors, on the first floor you will find the kitchen, living and dining room, on the second floor it has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and twins beds and 1 bathroom in the middle, for a maximum of 4 people. Includes hot showers, internet, cable television and towels during your stay.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook. (microwave, full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, utensils, pots and pans, plus drinks and dinnerware).

Parking is inside the property.

The guests can access to this things:

- BBQ area with Moderate Size Gas Grill
- Pool, wet bar.
- Outside shower for use before use the pool.
- Toilet in the common area.
-Wifi all place.
-Beach towels.
-Crip for baby

Green Villas se encuentra en el corazón del Coco, a solo 100 metros encontrarás restaurantes, música en vivo, bares y suvenires, por lo cual en el área de la piscina puede percibir el ambiente de la zona; de igual forma cerrando las puestas de la casa se minimiza el sonido por completo, donde podrás descansar absolutamente bien.

Green Villas is located in the heart of El Coco, just 100 meters away you will find restaurants, live music, bars and souvenirs, so in the pool you can perceive the atmosphere of the area; In the same way, closing completely the doors minimizes the sound, so you can rest absolutely well.

1. Mantenemos el control del volumen hasta las 10 de la noche, por lo cual no permitimos fiestas o eventos privados durante la estadía.

2. Cada apartamento tiene un máximo de ocupación establecida, por lo cual no permitimos extra clientes o visitas en el área de piscina, por su propia comodidad.

3. Ofrecemos solamente una vez a su llegada: toallas de cocina, café, sal, azúcar, pimienta negra, jabón de trastos, gel de baño y papel higiénico.

General House Rules

1 - Please, when you are going to be out of the apartment for a long time, we ask you to turn off the lights and the air conditioning.

2 - It is forbidden to have parties and events in this house. Please keep the noise level to a minimum after 10:00pm.

3 - We do not accept extra guests not listed in the booking. There is an extra fee per person.

4 - For your privacy, we do not accept people who are not our guests in the Garden areas, pool area and houses.

Use of the swimming pool and area Rules

1 - Its forbidden to use glass bottles/glassware near the pool or inside it. The use of glassware is dangerous because it can break and cause injury.

2 - Please make sure to shower before entering the pool. (There is an outdoor shower by the pool)

3 - Please do not enter the pool with sunscreen, sand and any other type of skin products.

4 - Prohibited to eat in the pool or right next the pool area. Eating in the Gazebo outdoor kitchen area is prefered.

5 - The children must be supervised by an adult (16+) at all times.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Green Villas accepts no responsibilities for the care of children or in the event of an accident from irresponsibility of the rules and supervision of your group.

CAUTION - NO Children showing off and playing rough. Please explain the dangers of running and diving recklessly in the resort area.

NO DIVING OR SLIDING ALLOWED.

THE POOL IS NOT DEEP ENOUGH FOR DIVING SAFELY

6 - Please respect to not use the pool when it is in maintenance.

NOTE: The pool is cleaned daily at 7 am, if you make use of it before 7 am, we apologize if you find it dirty with many leaves.

7 - The use of the pool is during the day and until 10:00pm. There will be lights at night until that time.

8 - Please do not play music or any type of sound in the pool area. We do our best for all of our guests to have a relaxing experience during their vacation.

For your convenience, there is a bathroom and toilet in the pool area. Please Use as it will help keep the pool and area clean.

TOWELS:

The colored towels are for use at the pool or on the beach.
The white towels are to be used exclusively inside the apartment.

If you lose, damage or take a towel, we will be charged as follows
Beach Towels - $20 USD each
Bathroom Towels - $25 USD each
100% cotton linen blankets - $150 USD each
Other 50% cotton blankets - $60 USD each
