We’ll start with the lack of response from host. We got msg welcoming us & instructions. But, we never got reply back from night arrived to ask where we could send pics of issues. Broken shade in master bedroom & stains on sheets of both beds. Neither bed was size advertised. Listed as queens, they were full size at best (48” wide, 75” long). Says sleeps 7, but couch unstable with gap in between attempting to use for sleep, no sheets or blankets to use. Shower in master bath only a pipe out of wall, shower head missing. Key card for clubhouse (game room, gym) & pool nowhere to be found but host noted would be charged 200 if not left at checkout. The fact we never located the key card fell on deaf ears though we sent repeat msgs. Found towels in dryer, likely intended for us never set out, we used our beach towels. Towel rack in master bath hanging off wall, one in 2nd bathroom loose. No liquid soap in either bathroom dispenser, one partially filled w/H2O. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash holders in showers empty. Trash bags outside door at check-in though message said trash must be taken to community dumpster. No dish soap, a cracked shelf in fridge. Also odd decibel meter in property to ensure no parties occur or 3,000 fine would be issued. We went to a hotel one night during stay before our big event next day to make sure we got rest. Beware! Do not rent from this host!
