-The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and includes all cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, and cutlery for 9 people.

-Terrace with 2 chairs and 1 table, offering views of the palapa area, garden, and pool.
-It includes a utility room with a washer-dryer. To use the washer-dryer, please inform the host.

Guest Access:
Coming from Sabalo Cerritos Avenue, turn right onto Villa Marina Avenue. Marina Cerritos Condos are located at the end of Villa Marina Street.
For security reasons, when you arrive at Marina Cerritos Condominios, you must show an ID and indicate the address you are going to at the booth.

We will provide you with all the instructions before your arrival.

We recommend you arrive at the property by car. We suggest:
Take a cab at the airport

Rent a car at one of the agencies upon landing.

Other Things to Note:
We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Additional services:
-Cleaning fee: $250 MXN
-Laundry: $100 MXN per load (guest performs the service on their own).
