Welcome to our renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bath century home in the heart of Lakewood! Perfect for families, friends, and remote workers, this charming space offers modern amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy fenced-in backyard with a fire pit and grill. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor provide accessibility, while three upstairs bedrooms offer privacy. We chose to invest in Lakewood for its beautiful and charming century-old homes. While these homes have been updated with modern amenities for your comfort, they retain unique characteristics that reflect their historic charm. House Policies:
We do not permit parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. For the safety and security of all guests, a Ring doorbell system is located on the premises to ensure compliance with this policy. Thank you for understanding.

This home is over 100 years old, offering a unique and cozy layout with some compact bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are designed with efficient use of space, including room for a bed, closet, and luggage (one downstairs and two upstairs). The smaller downstairs bedroom features a sliding door that may occasionally come off its track and provides limited privacy. The first-floor bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom and includes a step down, while the stairs leading to the second-floor bedrooms and full bathroom are narrow.

We welcome dogs with prior approval. While the yard is fenced, we cannot guarantee it is escape-proof, as some sections may not contain every dog. Please also note that the backyard is landscaped with river rock rather than grass.

A washer and dryer are available in the basement of the home, which reflects its century-old design. If you require access to the laundry area during your stay, please message us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
