Bienvenue au 6202 Casa Sue!

Ce condo de deux chambres rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© face Ă  l'ocĂ©an est nichĂ© sur les falaises de Misiones et Ă  seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville de Cabo San Lucas. La vue sur l'ocĂ©an est magnifique et l'observation des baleines de novembre Ă  avril peut ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©e sur le pont, soit sur les chaises longues au soleil tĂŽt le matin ou le soir sur le canapĂ© sectionnel coucher de soleil. Un bar avec Ă©vier sur le pont, un mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et un barbecue en acier inoxydable ne sont que quelques-unes des merveilleuses caractĂ©ristiques, sans parler de la Smart TV de 75 pouces dans le salon avec satellite et Internet sans fil. La cuisine est magnifiquement conçue avec des Ă©viers en cuivre, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Pour votre confort, le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur comprend une machine Ă  glaçons et de l'eau filtrĂ©e.

La station propose deux plages; La plage Monument est idĂ©ale pour les surfeurs expĂ©rimentĂ©s et la plage de Cabo Ballo est idĂ©ale pour la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, la collecte de trĂ©sors marins ou tout simplement pour se dĂ©tendre et bronzer. Deux belles piscines, l'une donnant sur l'ocĂ©an et l'autre dispose d'un bar de piscine. Casa Sue a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre vos vacances parfaites; Ă©quipement de plongĂ©e pour deux, chaises longues, parasol pour la plage, glaciĂšre et serviettes de plage. Apportez simplement le Corona et vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt pour la journĂ©e!

La grande chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e et des portes-fenĂȘtres menant au pont. S'il s'agit d'un jour fĂ©riĂ©, un bureau et une imprimante sans fil sont disponibles. La deuxiĂšme chambre comprend un lit queen-size et une grande fenĂȘtre donnant sur l'ocĂ©an. Le condo a un climatiseur nouvellement installĂ©, des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle et beaucoup de gadgets pour cuisiner ou faire votre margarita prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e! Les nouveaux Costco et Wal-Mart sont tous situĂ©s Ă  moins d'un mile de distance et un mini-mart n'est qu'Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied de l'hĂŽtel Sunrock. À domicile, les services du chef et du spa sont disponibles pour le style de vie choyĂ©.

Great 5 day stay.

Everything at this property was wonderful. The property management company did an outstanding job along with an onsite HOA staff member. Parking was a little difficult at times but workable.

Fantastic condo!

This is a fantastic condo, don't think twice about booking it. It's in great shape, has fantastic views from an excellent balcony/patio, and the location is good if you're trying to get out of the densely packed tourist areas like Medano Beach. If I had young kids with me I'd default to Medano Beach, but without kids this was perfect.

Fantastic property and Location

Thank you for such a great location for our 2023 family vacation! The property was amazing and the pictures are accurate but don't do the view the justice it deserves! We had everything we needed and the location was just perfect, loved how secure it felt, the attention of the property staff and having the pool/bar/food right on sight was awesome. If our travels take us back to Cabo San Lucas we will 100% try to stay at Casa Sue again!

As Advertised!

Superb property and was everything that we expected......close to any activity we needed. The patio and outdoor kitchen allowed us to relax and have dinner together in style, and great place to start the day as well. Wonderful beach just steps away! Kudos to the Mgr and Owners for allowing us to re-schedule our original dates due to Covid. We will be staying here again!

Love Cabo

Perfect condo for 2 couples that love to cook outdoors! Fabian made sure we have plenty of propane for the grill, he was most helpful and accommodating, thank you. The condo is very well equipped. Terrific sunrise. Both beds are remarkably comfortable. I highly recommend 6202!

Everything you need with a stunning view!!

This place met our needs perfectly for our family of four. Communication was excellent. Pictures of the unit were accurate. We could see whales right from our balcony! Remember to pack some binoculars. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and laundry all provided. It was a short walk down to the beach or just a 10-15 minute Uber drive into town. And most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing birthday celebration

Beautiful, clean and quiet! We took Uber to go grocery shopping and got supplies to cook on the grill, which we did almost every evening. ( Bring your own bags to the grocery store, since they do not provide any). The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The bed was so comfortable, and falling asleep to the crashing waves was delightful!

Awesome Birthday vacation!!

This rental views are beautiful! The description in the listing is absolutely correct. The Monalisa sunset restaurant and Jazz on the Rocks are a 5 minute walk. Villa Serena restaurant is a 5 min Uber ride. Deny the property manager is very informative and helpful, overall a great person to meet when arriving. Small convenience store on site and very good prices. The Pool and swim up bar is also good. Condo kitchen has everything you need, this 2 bedroom is so spacious. We loved the balcony, the gorgeous grounds, the semi private beach, the use of the grill and most importantly THE VIEWS!

Beautiful views

My wife and I decided to try something new instead of our usual resort on Medano beach. This place truly hit all the marks. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, large two bedroom two bath unit, and the most spectacular view from a very large patio/balcony. It has a large sectional, table, BBQ, and two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves. You are so close to the ocean that at night you can fall asleep listening to the waves. The only 2 things I would change is having more than the one TV in the living room and more lounge chairs at the pool. The description says you can use other pools but we didn’t see any that had lounge chairs. Great swim up bar with really good drinks and food. Very reasonable prices! We will definitely return.

Great Time Once Again In Cabo!

We had a great time in Cabo staying at this condo. Unfortunately the pool bar, which we were planning on using for most meals, was closed for the entire time we were there and we only found out the day before we left. If we'd known this, we likely would have booked for another week so we could make use of that space. We also experienced some trouble with the on-site COVID testing clinic when they attempted to price gauge us because it was a Sunday (they charged us double price, $106/person). We were then forced to find a local testing site off the condo grounds with a reasonable rate. Thankfully, BlueNet Hospitals was able to fit us in. Despite these issues, the condo management team was always responsive and made it up to us with a break on the price. We were so grateful to see this kind of customer service! We were still able to enjoy ourselves and had a fantastic time; you can't go wrong with Cabo! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

My friend and really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in 6202 and it had the most awesome views of the ocean and being able to see the ships and big yachts go out to sea every morning and then come back in in the evenings. It was so relaxing. Our host Rodrigo was so nice and patient with us. We loved Daniel he helped us take us in the golf cart because we are older so it was harder for us to walk.

Misiones Gem

We absolutely love this condo in Misiones. One of the best whale watching decks we’ve ever had. Spacious 2 bed/bath with huge tv and everything we needed for a great 10 days. The refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived and they replaced it with a new one very quickly. Always received a quick response with any question we submitted. Only improvement I could suggest would be better water pressure in the master bath. Book early because we tried to return in 2026 but they were already blocked for February!

What a Patio! What a View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sue. There was plenty of space for my wife and teenage son to spread out. The full-size kitchen was perfect for our needs and came fully stocked. It was SO nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the view while eating, playing cards or just watching life go by on the water. Oh yeah, and there are whales! Lots and lots of whales! We were very glad to have packed our binoculars and recommend anyone visiting to do the same. Everyone we met at the resort, from guests to owners to staff, were very friendly. The swim-up bar/restaurant was reasonably priced with a happy-hour every day from 4-5. (The Malibu shrimp tacos were out of this world!)Kristen with Cabo PM went above and beyond with arranging delivery and pick-up of our rental car for a day trip to Todos Santos. Downtown San Lucas and the Fresko market, right up the street, were just quick Uber rides away. The private beach is just a walk down the stairs and was never busy. In the evening, a short walk to Monuments Beach was a perfect place to watch the sun set over the Arch.This condo was exactly what we were looking for; a peaceful, quiet place to recharge and recenter. We'd definitely stay here again.

from the condo itself, the entire property, the location, the staff onsite and then the owner/management were all top notch. All you could hope for when booking a place without having been there!! When we come back to Cabo this will be the first place we look
