Julian, We had a wonderful time getting to know you and your family. Yes, we know you really enjoyed your privacy at Conch Shell Beach Villa. It is truly amazing to be in such a Paradise without a soul in sight, and, yes, the view from the front verandah is a delight. Glad you found that the house had everything your family needed for a great vacation. Capt. Smiley sure enjoyed getting to know your family even better on a fun SeaVentures tour, and we enjoyed all your great photos of the swimming pigs, feeding the turtles, swinging on the sandbars, and more.... We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kalina, Lorraine, and Capt. Smiley. :)

Molly, It was our pleasure to have your family stay with us, and Capt. Smiley definitely enjoyed his days on the water with you, too. We look forward to welcoming you back next year. Kalina, Capt. Smiley, & Lorraine :)

Hi Paola and Guido, It was our pleasure to meet both of you! We are happy that you chose Conch Shell as your vacation home away from home and had a wonderful stay with us. The beach in front of Conch Shell is turquoise, warm, and calm, and we are glad to know that you made friends with the sea turtles. Sunset walks along the beach and sandbank are a wonderful way to end each amazing day in Paradise. We are happy that you found you had everything you needed and more for a comfortable stay at Conch Shell. Our neighborhood is one of the safest and most welcoming in the world! Capt. Smiley @ Spanish Wells SeaVentures had a fun time showing you all the interesting marine wildlife. He said your dream came true when you saw pods of dolphins in the wild TWICE! It was our pleasure having you stay with us, and we look forward to you returning next year. Lorraine, Kalina, and Capt. Smiley :)

Diana, We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Conch Shell Beach Villa. It was our pleasure to have your family as our guests. We are happy that you found the accommodations clean and comfortable, and that you got good use of the kayaks and motorboat, etc. Yes, there is great snorkeling in the area and I'm happy you all were able to thoroughly enjoy that. Capt. Smiley at Spanish Wells SeaVentures said that he had great time taking you on your Spanish Wells SeaVenture, and I'm happy to hear that this was the highlight of your trip! :) Just for your future information: This home is advertised for a maximum of 4 adults and one infant. There is a king bed in each bedroom and a pack n' play provided for an infant. As you asked to bring a group of 2 adults and 3 children, we said that would be fine provided all three children slept in one king bed or perhaps one child slept on the couch. We did not and do not offer a sofa sleeper as part of the furniture or accommodations. We look forward to welcoming you back next time, but please note that there is no sofa bed available at Conch Shell Beach Villa. Thank you for being our guests and we look forward to seeing you all again soon :) Lorraine, Kalina, and Capt. Smiley

Janelle, Of course, your group is welcome back anytime. You're sad to leave and we are more sad to see you leave. I'm glad you had such a great vacation, and we look forward to seeing you all next year. Capt. Smiley, Kalina, and Lorraine

Thank you for choosing Conch Shell Beach Villa for your vacation! I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed Conch Shell Beach Villa's ideal location, gorgeous ocean views, powdery pinkish- white sand beach, the crystal clear blue ocean, the boat, the kayaks and your vacation in Paradise! Yes, most guests find that they have miles of beach to themselves! In the information we send to all guests before they arrive, we do advise them that the rental golf carts on the island are slower than the golf carts owned by locals who have put special speed gears into their personally owned golf carts so that they go faster; so, yes, rental golf carts will be slowest vehicles on the island. Most of our guests do vacation here because of the slow pace and the desire to relax, so most are not in any hurry at all. Yes, Spanish Wells is good for relaxing, eating, drinking, and repeating, but if guests would like to be busier than that they can go snorkeling on an amazing barrier reef, beachcombing on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, kayaking to other nearby cays, paddle boarding, swimming with the famous swimming pigs, visiting historic sites and the local museum, touring caves and beautiful blue holes, island hopping to other nearby islands, gazing at the wonderful Glass Window Bridge, and guests can try their hands at the world class reef fishing, bonefishing, and deep sea fishing that this area has to offer, or hop over to Harbour Island and visit the art galleries, and so much more. Guests will never run out of interesting things to do until they want to!

Thanks for your review. Having free use of a boat, 2-person ocean kayak, and bicycles is a great deal. They are a great way to explore the area. This beachfront property is in a neighborhood of large beachfront estate properties where there is no public beach access, and, thus, the Conch Shell Beach Villa beachfront property is quite secluded, but the conveniences of grocery shops, restaurants, bakeries, photo shops, medical clinics, and homemade ice cream shops are all just 1/2 mile away. So, this property offers the best of all worlds. We are happy to assist all our guests in any way we can. They arrive as guests and leave as friends who we enjoy welcoming back year after year.

Shelley, thank you for your very detailed review! Yes, that is what is so special about this place --- it is quiet, it's safe, and it's clean. I am so happy that you enjoyed a perfect vacation in our beautiful tropical retreat. We do have the best grocery store in any of the Bahamian out islands located just a couple blocks away. Yes, like you, most guests cannot get enough of that amazing view from the front porch with at least ten shades of green and blue framed by swaying palms. It is really "picture perfect". We have ordered new mattresses, which will be in place by your next visit. Thanks for advising us about the golf carts. Please let us know as soon as you think you have a problem with anything, so, we can make it right for you right away. We had the mechanic look at the new golf carts that you had rented. There were no issues with the steering or the carburetors, but he did find that one of the belts could be tightened a bit, and the air in one of the tires was a bit low. We are happy that you all had a great vacation, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! Lorraine and Capt. Smiley. :)

It was an absolute pleasure to have you as our guests. We look forward to your return. See you soon :) Lorraine, Kalina, Capt. Smiley and the Spanish Wells Realty team.

James, It was our pleasure to have you stay with us. Yes, indeed, the word "beautiful" does describe it all. See you next time. Lorraine, Kalina, and Capt. Smiley :)

Laura, We are so happy that this was your best beach getaway! We had a great time getting to know you all. Capt. Smiley enjoyed his day out on the water with you all. We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Safe travels , Kalina, Lorraine, Capt. Smiley :)

It was our pleasure to have you all stay with us. So happy that you got so much use out of the boat, kayaks, paddleboard, and bikes. Capt. Smiley had a great time on the fishing trip with your family, and we are happy that you caught so many fish! We look forward to seeing you all again next Easter. :) Lorraine, Kalina, and Capt. Smiley :)

Thank you for choosing Conch Shell Beach Villa. It was great to meet you all. I'm glad you all had a relaxing vacation and so much fun in the boat every day. We did check in with you 3 times during your stay to see if you needed anything or we could do anything for you, and your reply was, "All good here!" The kitchen is well equipped for a little cottage. If you thought you needed any kitchen equipment, you most certainly had plenty of opportunity to request such; as you well know, we are just a phone call away. All of the furniture was reupholstered in bright cheery colors just prior to your arrival. Safe travels, Lorraine, Kalina, & Capt. Smiley

It was our pleasure to have you as our guests! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon! Lorraine, Brent, and Kalina! :)
