Welcome to this extraordinary 3 bedroom beachfront getaway, a perfect haven for surfers and beach lovers! Situated as the top-floor corner unit, this condo offers unparalleled panoramic views of three of Bajas premier surf breaks: Old Man's, The Rock, and Zippers. You will love the views that this gorgeous condo offers from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom or shower!
This property offers everything you are looking for--- full size kitchen with all utensils, pots and pans, living room area with Smart TV, and dining room area. The patio area is located off the living room area, that offers a BBQ, patio table with seating, and even a hammock for those that want to lay out and relax while hearing the ocean waves!
The condo offers 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone! The first bedroom provides a King size bed with closet, the 2nd guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with Queen bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, and then the master bedroom sits closer to the living room area with views of the ocean and provides an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. There is an additional full size bathroom located in the hallway for guests to share.
You also will have access to a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway, along with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for when you go out to the beach! There is a surf locker as well provided for those that bring their surf boards or decide to rent one during their stay!
The condo amenities cater to your comfort and enjoyment, including free WIFI, a large heated swimming pool, three jacuzzis, a gym, a rooftop tennis court, pickleball, and 24 hour security onsite with a free parking spot.
