Three parking spots, laundry, landscaping, pest control, bikes, wagons, cooler, blow up floaties and chairs.

The space

The location here is THE BEST!

Grab bikes (2 provided at the house) and ride to Mission Bay (4 blocks) or San Diego's world-class beaches (8 blocks).

1) Pacific Beach - 8 blocks. Just go west on Reed until you see the beach!

2) Mission Beach is a little further south, with the heart of Mission Beach / Belmont Park being 11min / 2.5 miles. You can ride on the Mission Bay boardwalk all the down or go down Reed to the beach boardwalk and ride that south.

3) La Jolla - a longer ride north, about 25 min /4.5 miles to first beach with sand- Windensea, but a great ride if you have the time/ energy and lots of coastline to look at along the way.

Near so many amazing dining options, shopping, bars, and only 15min north of San Diego airport.

The house sleeps 2 comfortably, singles or couples with or without pets, as the square footage is around 600 sq ft. Please tell the truth about the number of guests you have. You be will charged for extra guests.

King bedroom with closets, hangers, and drawers. Office with desk chair, closets, hangers, and drawers, full sofa bed, 1 small full bath/shower, electric tankless water heater, always have hot water, 1000 speed wifi and modem you can plug into if needed for work, fully fenced front/backyards, great space for pets and to sunbath in privacy.

Two car garage (normal to small cars) with third free spot in alley in front of garage for larger cars, SUVs, and trucks. Lots of free street parking, with street sweeping only the first Thursday of the month.

For anyone with disabilities, there is a small flight of 4 steps on either side of a wall in the back yard, in between the house and the garage. Also there are 2 steps to get into front yard from street.

Neighbors on all sides are amazing, all home owners and my friends, except for one vacation rental - studio on front west side - managed by Vacasa and I know the owner. It's being managed professionally and all their guests have been responsible and respectful. If there are any issues, please let me know.

The front yard, house, back yard and detached 2 car garage with laundry.

You can also park 1 car in front of garage and there is free street parking in front of the house.

Just note, there is street sweeping the 1st Thursday of the month from 7am-10am.

Other things to note

**Cats and dogs allowed***

Please no pets on couch or beds and do not allow your dogs to dig holes in the yard.

A deep clean fee will be charged if the couch or beds are dirty from a pet and a landscaping fee if damage is done to the yards.

Please have your pet on flea meds and do not leave your pet at the house (inside or outside) alone, unless it's crated. Please bring your own crate and if left alone inside the house, close all windows in case your pet cries.

There are also many doggie day cares in the area that offer cage-less play and evening care if you are going out to dinner and can't bring your pet.

Many restaurants allow dogs on their patios - please ask for recommendations if needed.

My favorite day-care is Dr. Boyds in Old Town San Diego, and it's only 10 min away, as they have a full vet staff on site as well and evening only daycare hours.

Dogs and cats left in homes or yards they are not familiar with are often destructive, will pee or poop, and cry. This not only negatively affects the owner's property, but this negatively impacts neighbors. Please respect these rules. If damage is found or a compliant is made by a neighbor, fees will be issued.
