THE APARMENT
This large, beautifully appointed on-bedroom apartment is part of the spectacular and upscale Encantame Resorts located on the beach of the Sea of Cortez. The apartment is located on the 11th floor of the Viento tower, which faces west and offers unparalleled views of the sea, miles of sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped with Smeg appliances, including a full-size French-door refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, as well as a separate, filtered drinking-water faucet. In addition, a coffee-maker, blender and toaster are provided, as well as a full set of kitchen utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and an assortment of spices (for those interested in cooking at home).

The living room features a dining table, a queen-size pull-away leather sofa, and a 75-inch TV set connected to hundreds of channels of digital entertainment and streaming apps. The 30-inch soundbar will fill the room with fabulous sound, and may be used to stream music from your Bluetooth-enabled device. A password-protected Wi-Fi internet connection is also provided.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and two night stands, which are large enough to accommodate just about anything, including a CPAP machine. A full-length mirror and a 65-inch wall-mounted TV set will allow you to view anything your desire, whether for entertainment or self-admiration.

The walk-through closet has provides ample room for all your belongings, whether you prefer to place them in drawers or hang them on the available hangers. The bathroom features two sinks and a large marble and glass shower enclosure, which will be comfortable for anyone.

Finally, the apartment has a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an iron and an ironing board, to make sure that your stay remains spotless and wrinkle-free. There is also a separate storage closet, should you wish to stow your luggage.

THE PROPERTY
Encantame Resorts is, perhaps, the most modern and luxurious beach-front property in Puerto Penasco. It currently consists of three existing 24-story residential towers, with additional towers currently under construction of the other (east) side of the property. There is ample parking, both above and underground. Two private security posts are positioned on the only access road leading to the property.

At your disposal are a large heated/cooled swimming pool with a swim-up bar, two jacuzzis, two lazy rivers and water slides, beach palapas, a roof-top (24th floor) swimming pool and bar, bargeque grills, children’s playground, an on-site restaurant and Starbucks (the only one in Puerto Penasco), a large on-site convenience store a fitness center, a yoga studio, and a business center (equipped with desk-top computers and printers).
