The space
This newly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.

The primary bedroom has a QUEEN size bed. In the primary bedroom, there is a spacious closet and private, newly renovated bathroom.

The other two bedrooms each include a twin size bed, spacious closets, and ample storage for your stay.

Each bedroom has a new bed and brand new mattress!

Our home offers a spacious, open kitchen with everything you need to eat in, along with an attached dining area. On the first floor, you'll also find a spacious living space with a desk for school or work, a smart TV, a half bath, and a laundry area. Guests can access the back yard or enjoy a cup of coffee on the furnished front porch.
Guest access
You can access our home through the safe and secure security locks located on the front door. The code will be sent to you before check-in. The home is not baby-proofed however families with children of all ages are welcome.
Other things to note
House Rules:

NO Parties -
This is a residential property, parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. To ensure this rule, we do have EXTERIOR cameras/noise detectors. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $500.

NO Smoking -
The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $400 will be charged.

Please respect our neighbors, keep quiet from 10pm - 7am to ensure a peaceful community for all.

Wifi:
Our home is equipped with complimentary high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you prior to arrival and will be located in the house manual located on the counter by your welcome basket, as well as multiple locations throughout the house.

Surveillance:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at all exits and entrances, on the exterior of the home.

Pet Policy:
We LOVE pets, we also love the furniture and hardwood floors in this beautiful home. There is an initial pet stay fee of $50. For any incidents that occur, for example, woodwork damage, carpet ruined, furniture destroyed, etc. there will be a $200 charge per incident.

Human Kindness: When designing our home, we thought of every amenity we would like during a visit. With that being said please only use what you need from all items such as laundry detergent, sewing kit, kitchen and cleaning supplies and more. Spread the kindness!
