Cette maison d'hôtes est située au sommet de vingt-trois acres de collines vertes dans le pays. Il ya de beaux chênes de mousse espagnole qui entourent la terre. Deux lacs qui sont accueillis à pêcher, chevaux amicales, et beaucoup d'espace pour se sentir la vie privée et pour obtenir un peu de repos. La maison comprend une kitchenette, salle de bains, et lit escamotable queen-size. Nos clients sont invités à profiter de la terre, pique-nique, marcher sur la propriété, et bien plus encore.

A great Get-a-way!

The guest house was perfect! Very nice property, with lots of peace and quiet. Our host was awesome and hospitable! We hope to return, when we are able to spend more time there.

Lovely barn-cottage

I stayed here for a week with my wife and two border collies, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The cottage (it had one room plus a bathroom, so I hesitate to call it a "house") was attractive, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, dinnerware and a refridgerator. The attached barn was great for having a family picnic and playing board games with friends. Our hostess was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The cottage was not as private as we had expected since the main house is nearby and there were sometimes people walking around the farm outside our windows during the day, but overall I still recommend this location because it is pet-friendly, affordable, and comfortable.

Labor Day Retreat

The property was beautiful, the owner was very welcoming and accommodating. I brought my 10 year old daughter and her puppy Rex. we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely try to come back again.

Great little out of the way place. Beautiful property, lakes, and stock. Owner is very nice and is willing to please. In the town of Flora [smallish] is one of the top ten burgers in the state at the Blue Rooster. Worth the trip.

Great place to unwind

My son and I stayed at this location, it was a very serene place, there was excellent Wi-Fi service and a very comfortable bed. There are two ponds within walking distance that have excellent fishing. This is a wonderful place to unwind and get away. I would highly recommend staying here and the owner is very friendly and gives you your space, she also had fresh eggs in the fridge.

nice country get away. Wish my dogs could have had more freedom..

I only have one issue. I was told pets were welcome but you had nothing on your website stating you had chickens, g I a r s, pigs that ran loose. After I paid for the trip is when I got derails of other animals and livestock. I choose your place because it was in tge coubtry and thought I we oukd be able to let my dogs out without a leash. I wanted to run them and w a ntes them to have the freedom to roam.. With chickens. Goats. Pigs running loose ot was impossible for me to do so.. my suggestion is to plainly say you have livestock you let out to graze. It wasn't fair to my dogs being cooped up in a tack housee of s barn. I removed my stay but it should be put on the website before you pay to get thst information. Thanks for your hospitality and everything else was great

CAUTION PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU STAY

I would not recommend staying at this property, it was overall a terrible experience. The landlord is not good for her word and cannot be trusted. She uses her life situation as an excuse not to fix things that are broken. It took a month for her to finally get our internet to work. And when informed about other issues in the cabin such as the fridge leaking she told me to "stop whining" about it. Just so you are aware, the fridge, stove, air conditioning, and shower handle were all broken as of July 2016. The landlady also oversteps personal boundaries with her renters. She would go into the cabin unannounced and when we were not home; this was after she previously told us "I would never go into the cabin without yalls permission, I don't even have a key." All in all she is not fit to be a landlord and needs to find another use for her cabin.

Such a Cute Stay!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. This was the perfect spot for me and my dog to get away to relax. The guest house has a little bit of a different look than the pictures but with different furniture and also the pictures here don't show how truly cute it is. The property owner is an absolute gem and I am so blessed that she shared this property with me. This is a definite stay if you are looking for a quite weekend away on some land with animals. I will definitely be looking to go back!

A Stay in the Country

The property is in rural MS. It is near Jackson & Is lovely. The apartment was nice & had amenities we needed. Our host was very friendly & helpful. There is a menagerie of animals which we enjoyed.

Nice Private Paradise

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The property is in excellent condition and the property manager was VERY nice and accommodating. Only 45 minutes from Vicksburg which was great since we wanted to see the National Park. Highly recommend staying here, was very relaxing!

Wonderful spur of the moment getaway!

My son, our two dogs and myself all stayed here for 4 nights. It was a great time and we hope to do it again. Judith was a wonderful hostess and everything was exactly as we had hoped. I could hardly get my son to fish with me because he wanted to spend every waking minute with the sheep and goats. You aren't very far from the animals so the rooster can be heard in the mornings but that was no issue for us since we like waking up early. Overall, I have nothing negative to say here, we had a very enjoyable getaway!

We were very pleased with the property and price point. Mrs Lowery was a delight and very accommodating. She asked my husband what he thought of the cabin. He mentioned the mattress on the murphy bed sank in the middle. That next day she showed up with a brand new mattress!! She also offered me clippings from some of her beautiful flowers. We had a wonderful visit

Heaven on Earth !

Overwhelmingly beautiful and serene. My daughter and our dog loved all the space and running around, and especially all of the animals that my daughter got to feed and the cabin is very clean and neat, the owner went over and above for us.

One of the best!!!!!

Overnight stay in this adorable barn reno on beautiful acreage of farm land! Clean, well furnished, comfortable and a true joy in the lovely flora and fauna of the countryside! We and our small dog enjoyed visiting with the farm animals but particularly Joe and Moe the lamb! Judith the owner is a delightful human being and will wonderful host! The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Quiet country

We rented this property for a month for my 22 year old son who was doing an internship. The owner, Judith, was kind and accommodating. The property is lovely with all the Spanish moss and ponds. The unit is a converted barn, and it’s very comfortable and super cute! Your only neighbors are some sheep, goats, a pig, a few chickens, Judith and her family. It’s very secluded and quiet. You are 7 miles from the nearest grocery store or gas station so if you’re looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of town this is the place for you! And there is WIFI
