Private Pool:  Emerald Dreams at Destiny West in Destin has it's own PRIVATE pool that can be heated (on request) from Oct 1 - May 15th, for $50 a day.

Beach Access: The Crab Trap Beach Access located 0.1 miles (less than 5 minut walk) from the home! 

Pool Access: The Community Pool is located in the Destiny West Clubhouse, less than 400 FEET away!

With only a short (5-minute) walk to the famous sugar sand beaches, Emerald Dreams is mere minutes away from digging your toes in the sand! The beautiful Destiny West community features a large community pool, heated spa, tennis courts, and fitness center accompanied by lush tropical landscaping and an ocean breeze.

Emerald Dreams includes a golf a cart with rental of the home! The best way to experience the Destiny community and surrounding beaches is with a golf cart, don't get stuck without one!

Emerald Dreams has undergone significant renovations and is professionally decorated!

Upon entering this magnificent home, you'll find a warm & welcoming great room. The living area is perfect for unwinding, with a natural gas fireplace surrounded by a pullout queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. The adjoining sitting area provides 6 armchairs, making the living area the perfect place for entertaining the whole family!

The fully-appointed kitchen will be sure to appease even the most discriminating home chef! The Samsung appliances and pristine white countertops, ideal for whipping up a delicious meal, and the abundance of seating (4 at the breakfast bar & 6 more in the luxurious dining area) means that you don't have to skip those home-cooked family meals!

Alternatively, you are in the perfect location for some of the best dining (and entertainment) on the Emerald Coast!

Also on the first floor, you'll find the first Guest Bedroom (perfect for those who have issues with stairs) with a king bed, with a shared bathroom containing a walk-in shower, as well a laundry room for added convenience.

The backyard & patio area, complete with a Summer Kitchen, natural gas grill, alfresco dining table, plenty of seating and a private pool (with attached spa), however, will be where you'll be spending most of your time!  Lounge in the spa, take a dip in the pool, or just soak in that Florida Sun, you'll never want to leave your private oasis!

Ascending the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the four remaining bedrooms.  The Master Suite and Junior Master Suites each sport King beds and Twin pullout sleeper sofas, along with private en-suite bathrooms (both with walk-in showers, and the former with an additional soaking tub).

The second Guest Bedroom has two (2) Queen beds, which shares it's bathroom (with shower/tub combo) with the Bunk Room.  This is the perfect place for the kiddo's to hang out, with triple Twin (Twin/Twin/Twin) Bunk Beds and a flatscreen TV.  TV's in every bedroom means no fighting over the remote on this vacation!

Enjoy gorgeous views from all of the third floor sleeping areas or the covered balcony, the peerfect place to sit & enjoy your favorite bevarage while watching the Sun set (or rise)!

Spend your days cooling off by the pool, hitting the tennis courts, and of course soaking up the sun on the beach! The nearby Crab Trap restaurant (about a 5-minute walk) with it's beach boardwalk, restrooms, showers, parking, volleyball nets, and playground offers all the entertainment and refreshment options you need!  

The Community Club House, pool and tennis courts are just down the road too!  About a 2 minute (400 foot) walk from the home!

Private Pool:
Emerald Dreams' private pool can be heated upon request between Oct 1 - May 15th for $50 a day. If heating of the pool is desired, please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advance to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and maybe less in very cold weather

* Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool.*

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Emerald Dreams at Destiny West in Destin. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Emerald Dreams in Destin. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
