This beautiful home is nestled in Ocho Rios on the way to Fern Gully.

It boasts a communal pool and gym, basketball and tennis court. With scenic views of the ocean and the wonderful greenery Jamaica has to offer.

The property is decorated tastefully with a modern feel. Security is paramount here, we have 24hr security, security doors and windows. The property has CCTV around the exterior of the property.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Each beautiful bedroom has wall mounted 42” smart TVs and touch bedside lights with USB and US charging ports. Each room has en-suite full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet, perfect to store all your awesome holiday attire. The walk in shower is amazing for anyone with mobility issues.

The open plan living room/dining area boasts a 75” Smart TV, with cable TV from the USA.

The kitchen has a coffee machine that uses both pods and ground coffee. You can dine at the breakfast bar or the 4 person dining table.

Please bring your tennis racquet and basketball, as there is a tennis court and basketball court onsite. There is also a kids play area. The infinity pool is located next to the gym. There is also space to dine outside by the pool.

Weekly cleaning is complimentary.

We can organise a chef and a nanny should this be required.

We can provide an airport transfer service or a transportation service at an additional cost.

Please note the Knutsford Express goes from Norman Manley Airport and Sangsters International Airport into Draxhall St Ann, where we can arrange a taxi pick up.

No smoking allowed, this will lead to a £250 fine.

You will need to provide your ID and those staying with you. Without providing your ID, you will not be allowed to stay, as security onsite is very tight. Only the guests booked are allowed on the premises, if you would like someone to visit, please provide us with their name and ID and they will need to pay a £50 deposit, refundable upon them completing their visit. Please note should they stay on the premises over night we will charge you a £250 fine plus the equivalent to their nights stay.
