2BD/2BA condo, sleeps 6 in the heart of Cabo. The Cabo Marina area offers an incredible experience of the vibrant energy and beauty. You`ll be right in the heart of the action, with easy access to a variety of activities, dining options, and entertainment venues. Whether you`re interested in exploring the marina itself, hopping on a boat tour, indulging in delicious seafood at waterfront restaurants, or simply soaking up the sun on nearby beaches, staying here puts you in the center of it all.

Plaza Bonita 104 has been completely gutted and remodeled. Everything is brand new. There are 2 bedrooms with one on each side of the main living area. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The main living area has a living room, dining area for 6 and full kitchen. Off the kitchen is the Laundry room with full size washer/dryer. It`s a beautiful space in the heart of the Cabo Marina.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor of Plaza Bonita. You must take stairs from main level. Security 24/7.

Our host will meet you upon arrival and go over any details concerning the condo and your stay.

Plaza Bonita is surrounded by bars and restaurants and may be noisy at times. We installed thick 15 Mil glass to cut down on the noise but ear plugs are provided in the event you can still hear the noise. Remember, you`re staying where everybody wants to be. Location...Location...Location

We have been coming to Cabo to fish for 15 years now. First time staying here and it was fantastic. Location is great as it’s right in the marina. The location in the marina is great because it’s closer to a lot of the bars and night time activities additionally getting to your dock for fishing is very easy too. Our host Salvador was great, he was available if we ever needed him. Overall this condo is on our list to stay at whenever we are in Cabo.

Perfect for our stay! Clean, host was very responsive and helpful! Everything close by! It’s kind of noisy at night due to clubs but they do disclose this. No worries for us! Can’t wait to stay again!!

The condo was awesome! Location location location!! It is loud at night, but we knew that going to happen. The doors are heavy and really block a lot of noise. The amenities were excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Laura, Nick and Salvador are wonderful people and very accommodating and helpful. Weekends are loud with the bars below however you get use to it and it is only two nights. This is our 5th stay in this building however whosoeforat

Extra clean, well appointed property

Laura was a great communicator and quick to respond. We were met by Salvador who helped with our bags and acquainted us with the condo. The Plaza Bonita is an excellent location with beautiful view of the Marina. The area has such good restaurants and shops. Easy to access excursions out of the Marina. The nightly street noise is mostly manageable. We had one awful night where a band played until 3:30am and was extremely loud. The bar was located in Plaza Bonita and directly behind our unit. I got a hold of Laura the next day and she was very responsive to my complaint. The other nights the noise was either not an issue or was over by 11pm. The beds and furniture were quality pieces and comfortable. I would give this condo 5 stars stars if it wasn’t for the one night/early morning of noise.

We loved the place. Location was excellent in regards to places to eat, shop, and drink. The condo was clean and modern. The only negative was the loud music every night that really got loud about 11 PM and when until 4:30-5AM. Really loud.
