House Rules:
- Please dispose of your trash properly at B1 level.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and balcony (Php 5000 fine will apply for violators)
- Turn the exhaust fan on when cooking.
- No parties or loud noises allowed. Quiet time starts at 10pm.
- No pets allowed without prior notice to host.
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
- Help us save energy by turning off the lights and aircon whenever you are not in the unit.
- Please do not hang towels, clothes, etc. on balcony railings
- Please clean as you go.

Also, as per the regulations of DMCI, all guests must provide the following information to be submitted to the Property Management Office of Infina Towers:

1. Complete name and age of each guest and visitor.
2. Valid government issued IDs of each guest and visitor.

PETS:
Small vaccinated pets are welcome, kindly inform the host whether upon booking. Up to 2 small breed dogs (i.e. less than 10 kg) are allowed per booking. We charge a pet fee of P550 per pet per booking, which should be included in your booking. Please consider using diapers during your stay for added protection. You can take your pets for a walk in the ground floor pet park. Please keep your pets on a leash outside the unit, and always carry a pee/poop cleaner and bag. Kindly note that penalties will be applied for any irresponsible pet ownership.
