La suite est bien aménagée avec un mobilier moderne et bien équipée avec des nécessités de cuisine et les appareils modernes.

Profitez de se réveiller à une suite sereine et tranquille et profiter de petit-déjeuner sur le balcon de la piscine ou sur la terrasse du patio à côté du jardin.

Les logements sont parfaitement situé pour prendre la quantité parfaite de la lumière naturelle et la brise croix continue ventile l'appartement depuis les 4 directions. Si nécessaire, les unités de conditionnement d'air sont haut de gamme et de refroidir l'appartement en quelques minutes lorsque toutes les fenêtres sont fermées.

Cuisine et salle de lavage sont équipées avec les meilleures commodités modernes.

Close to beach

Annette arranged a shuttle for us from the airport with a stop at the grocery store. This was greatly appreciated. We were upgraded to a suite on the 3rd floor of building F. This included rooftop. Building F is exposed to sunlighthe all day long. This heats up the suite. Air conditioning is essential as the breeze is not sufficient to cool things off. The public beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk. Unfortunately there is a lot of seaweed at the beach in and out of the water as it is not cleaned regularly. The condo was clean although the safe was nonfunctional. There is a small store good for getting water just behind the complex. The pool by the condo was clean. It may have been better to stay in G102 as this building is in the shade a good part of the day. However there was a lot of noise on that side from the small store. Impossible to sleep if you retire early.

Very Nice Condo

We stayed at this condo for the month of March this year and loved it. The other guests staying at Arenas de Bavaro were a lot of fun; really nice people. Our condo was very clean, nicely furnished; you had everything that you needed. Our unit G102 is nicely situated with two balconies. Annette & Dennis the owners, are from Canada and we felt very comfortable as they answered every e-mail, every phone call & any other request we had. I would like to go back again.

comfortable condo nicely furnished

Comfortable condo. Beautiful beaches. Great weather. Our host couple, Bree and Gabriel were very helpful and made our month stay great. They certainly added to our trip.

Awesome!

We had an awesome stay this year in Bavaro - Punta Cana. Arenas de Bavaro was perfectly situated moments away from the beach and shopping. We met many nice owners and visitors who were willing to share their stories on where to eat and visit. The staff on site were always friendly and willing to help. Our two bedroom unit looked exactly as the ad depicted. Before travelling to Punta Cana - the owners, Dennis and Annette, emailed us maps on how to get to the beach and the grocery stores. We couldn't ask for better hosts. Thank you Dennis and Annette for being gracious hosts!!!

It was a fantastic place to stay.

The apartment was very nice and the location was great. Walking to the beach was easy and quick. The owners were very gracious and made sure that every need was met, a great experience.

Amazing vacation

I like to say thank you Annette for letting us stay in your home. The location in punta cana was perfect.The apartment was beautiful and well equipt with everything you would need. I was surprised to see how well the wifi worked, no matter where I was in apartment I was connected very impressed. The security was very friendly. The grounds were very clean along with the pool and the beach was just a few minutes away. You are close to grocery store, restaurants etc I had an amazing trip and am looking forward to returning to punta cana. I definitely would rent this condo again. Thank you again annette

B e a u t I f u l, outstanding, breath taking

Annette has to be the nices person ever! She is so helpful, truly thankful! The condo is breath taking! I couldn't believe how beautiful and cozy this condo was. The beach is minutes away, security is so helpful and sweet! Everything is so close; resturants, food stores, exchange houses, most important the beach. Thank you Annette for everything, you were so helpful. We had such a great relaxing time. You seriously won't regret this renting this condo! Enjoy your time and stay!

Excellent Place

Beautiful apartment in a great location in Punta Cana. Very nice furnished and well equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen wares. Very clean and well maintained inside and outside. Located in a closed gated community with good security. I will stay again in this apartment if I return to Punta Cana.

Wonderful

Elen and Charles Mott from Jersey, Channel Islands, GB. January 3rd 2014 to March 5th 2014 We stayed here for the first two months of 2014. We had made all the arrangements on the Internet and they were handled pleasantly and with great efficiency. There was, nevertheless, some worry at the back of our minds! All our worries disappeared, for there was Yves to meet us at the airport, and he brought us to this little piece of heaven. There was even some rum and some coffee to welcome us. The condo has been so comfortable and so well equipped. In the evenings we have had much amusement trying to find a film in English on one of the hundred or so TV channels, and later on the beds have been so comfortable we have slept deeply! Although we did not hire a car we soon got the hang of shopping, whether it be in the local small supermarket or the upmarket Palmareal Centre, or the much more sensible San Juan Shopping Centre. We have spent wonderful days just lying on the beach, before returning for a cooling dip in the condo's private pool. We have swum with dolphins and been out whale watching, and eaten in a wide variety of restaurants. We have marvelled at the standard of driving, the appalling state of many of the vehicles and the fun of travelling on the local buses. Our two months here have been a wonderful restful experience. At the end of each day it has been a pleasure to come home to a welcoming, friendly condo. It has been like a home from home, and Annette and Dennis must be very proud of the way that they have decorated, laid out and equipped the place. Thank you so much - our visit has been wonderful.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful 2 months in this condo. Annette and Dennis were very helpful and supplied us with lots of information of things to do and all the amenities in the area. The condo was clean and inviting when we arrived. The beach is a 10 min. walk and is very beautiful. The pool at the condo is right out the door. Just getting up and having coffee on your own patio with the morning sun was priceless. We had fun using the local buses and the Dominican people were very friendly and polite This was our first time in the D.R. and we would love to return one day. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family.

Arenas de Bavaro 2

Extremely pleased with furniture, decorations, supplies (practically everything one could want), and especially the quite and nice environment. Scott and Ellen were super to work with, and promptly took care of the few things which needed attention. Property was well maintained and reasonably secure (some gates not always locked, and security people might nap during over-night shifts.) Roads and streets need major improvements in order to get to shopping and beach more safely and easily throughout the area. Could use more lounge chairs on the beach, although my unit did provide three easily carried beach chairs. Carrying supplies the five blocks or so to the beach might be a problem for older or handicapped people. The workers and residents of the area need to improve their garbage and construction trash disposal methods. Would like to return next year, same time and price.

This was a perfect getaway for me and my husband.

One week away from my job....a priceless experience. We felt so relaxed when we needed it the most. And when we were ready to take on adventures, well, there was plenty to find. The beaches are so beautiful, and the sand is so white, and the ocean is so turquoise blue. I loved the Lobster at Pulpo Cojo ( a short walk away) and the Prawns and the Pina Coladas at the JellyFish Beach Restaurant ( a 3 minute drive away or a long walk on the beach). We rented a car for about $25 a day, and it was well worth it, because we explored so much. Best of all, the friendliest of people were all around. The climate is fantastic. When it rained, it was usually late in the evenings and very short but very refreshing. The sun came out every day. And even though the temperature might be thought of as high, it doesn't feel as high because of the coastal breezes. My husband actually felt that his high blood pressure went back to normal, which was a real bonus. Insects were nothing to worry about, as we experienced hardly any within the complex. That's probably because of the cleanliness within the complex and because the environment is very well-controlled for pests. We loved shopping and dining in was such a pleasure, because the suite is so very relaxing and it's so easy to sit back and unwind without any worries. We really felt as though it was a joint adventure to make each day a wonderful memory. We just simply loved it and will return again and again. From Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

When travelling abroad, we are always interested in adventures and leisure time combined. Punta Cana always kept drawing us back for more, and every time there were always new experiences to enjoy and share and to create long lasting memories.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love this location, because of the climate. The temperature is just right for us, what ever the season. The usual celsius temperatures are in the low 30's for daytime and in the evenings the terperatures are in the low 20's. The ocean breeze is always very exhilarating and refreshing. We never tire of the many activities to enjoy in Punta Cana.
