Messaged the owner four times to find out where I should go when I arrived at property, because I was uncertain and their information sent to me upon booking and paying was not clear. Went to front desk of building and security personal had no idea either after I showed them information sent to me. Spent nearly two hours before all was resolved. A simple message from the owner regarding my problem and clarifying where to go would have made it much easier for all. It seems once my payment was received that was all the owner cared about.
