Great Property

We loved staying at Seagate properties. Other than: mold in the master bathroom ceiling, no way to lock the sliding door to the balcony & the filthy floors when we arrived, everything else was perfect. Those issues didn’t change how much we loved the condo, they were just items noticed. Everything that we would need was right at our fingertips!

Great Location

Condo was fine. View was awesome, location is great - restaurants and Putt putt within walking distance. Pool was okay. Kids had a lot of fun. Great place to spend a week at the beach! Beach was amazing!

Nice property! A keyless entry would have made arrival and departure easier. However, picking up the easy was easy!

Beach get a way

Very nice. Clean. Very spacious With a group of people. Temperature is hard to adjust for everyone to be comfortable. Some extra blankets for colder people would be nice. Leaving the warmer people comfortable to. Updating to a code lock keyless entry instead of a key would be great. Overall a great vacation.

Good Apartment. Great space for traveling with Kids and Grandkids

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom apartment worked out great for us. The beds and furniture Fit our family needs well. It's right on the Beach and close to restaurants and activities. Never overcrowded. Downsides and safety concerns: Just one slow elevator for the whole building. The building's structural integrity is scary. There are adjustable supports installed around much of the building exterior (balcony's and walk-ways)with yellow caution tape. Balcony railing is pvc piping and not attached to the walls on either side.

Girl's Trip 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Gate 304 is a beautiful condo with a million dollar view of the gulf. The only negative things I would say are that we didn't like having to stop at the office to pick up keys and then return them at the end of the trip, and the condo wasn't as clean as we would have expected when we arrived. Everything else was great. It's right across from the elevator, which wasn't a noise problem the week we were there. There were only 2 beach chairs in the condo but there is a canopy which we used every day. The location of the building is perfect. It's our second time at Sea Gate and we would book again.

'Girls' trip 2022!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here ever other year for a ‘girls’ week of fun in the sun! You couldn’t ask for a better location, right on the beach with million dollar sunsets!! Recently renovated, it is beautiful, up to date, well equipped and very comfortable for our party of 7. We had no need to contact property management however the party the week before us had reported issues with the washing machine when they checked out. So property management had to contact us to schedule service, they were very professional and accommodating so not to disturb our vacation. Walking distance to several restaurants / bars and the Suncoast Beach Trolley stops right in front of Sea Gate which we utilized several times during our stay to visit Clearwater Beach and Johns Pass. We love Sea Gate 304!! We are already planning 2024!!

Review on condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the location. When we got there at 4 the condo wasn’t ready. We didn’t get in till after 6. That was very disappointing. We had 8 people in the unit snd they only gave us 8 towels. So, we had to wash every night. In cleaning up to leave, we found rat poop behind the sofa. When I went to check out and told the lady, all she said was disgusting. Nothing else, no I’m sorry or can we do anything for you. We loved the beach, just might have to find a new place to stay next year.

Sadly disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Saturday and learned the elevators were not working. We were on the 3rd floor. Not a great way to start a vacation. I called everyday and finally it was fixed on Wednesday. So half of our week we had to go up and down the stairs. I understand things happen but no one seemed to be able to give us an answer as to when it would be fixed. Another renter there had said it was broke on the Wednesday before we got there. I never received any kind of discount for our troubles. I have had both knees operated on and this was not how I wanted to spend my stay. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be back to this condo. It was a nice place and had everything we needed but this was ridiculous. The management did not seem to be in a hurry to get it fixed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In general, this place was ok and would be a lot better with a few tweaks. Building and location were perfect, elevator was insanely slow. The kitchen table was very dusty guessing no one rented it for a while. We could hear people walking and moving around on floor above, so it is not very soundproof. Dead bolt did not work with key, only handle lock. Refrigerator was badly scratched and dented, a bit unsightly. We had some ants in kitchen that were taken care of pretty quickly by the management company. There was an odd intermittent knocking sound between our floor and below, guessing something with water or sewer lines. Both bathrooms had terrible shower pressure and the shower heads were in need of replacement. Bedrooms were nice but master mattress and sheets could be updated for comfort . Nice leather furniture but couch had yellow staining, probably from sun.Balcony had great view, rusty table could be replaced. Pool was nice and had bathrooms. Management company was easy to deal with and key pickup and drop off was a few blocks away.

Relaxing beautiful vacation stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Seagate 304! The condo was very nice and clean! The kitchen was well stocked even had a crockpot which someone might like for easy beach meals!The staff at lifestyle was responsive to all our needs. The only thing that needs to be addressed (which Lifestyle tried) the unit has no assigned parking space because they redid the parking lot and didn’t put 304 on the spot, therefore others park in it, so you have to find a guest spot to park in. Overall a fantastic place I would highly recommend!
