Dog-Friendly:
Bring up to two dogs for an additional cleaning fee of $100 per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $250 per dog is required to ensure the pristine condition of the property. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times. Must clean up after dogs at all times using provided bags and waste bins. We prefer that the dogs do not get on the furniture, but we understand that can be a hard habit to break if they are used to it at home. Please use provided furniture protective pad if needed.

Well-Equipped Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts with pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, and complimentary coffee and tea. Ice trays will be provided to keep your drinks cool on warm Florida days.

For the safety and security of our guests, please be advised that there are multiple surveillance cameras located on the property. One is on the front left corner of the house facing the entry way. There are also cameras posted in all of the common areas. These cameras are only for security purposes and your privacy is respected.
House Rules:

1. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Please adhere to these times to ensure a smooth transition for cleaning and preparing for the next guest.

2. Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please use the designated smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

3. Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

4. Guest Limit:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 as specified in the booking. Visitors are welcome but must leave the property by 10 PM.

5. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Report any issues with locks, keys, or security concerns immediately.

6. Amenities and Furnishings:
Treat the property and its amenities with care. Any damage or loss of items will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. Pets Allowed:
Pets are allowed on the property. Please keep them off furniture and beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair or odors are present.

8. Pet Waste:
Clean up after your pets. Dispose of pet waste in provided bins. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.

9. Pet Control:
Keep pets on a leash when outside the property. Be considerate of other guests and neighbors, especially if your pet tends to be noisy.

10. Pet-Related Damages:
Report any damages caused by your pet immediately. Guests will be responsible for any repairs or replacements required.

11. Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy the outdoor spaces responsibly. Use provided outdoor amenities and furniture with care. Do not disturb plants or landscaping.

12. Grill:
Please enjoy the provided communal dining area with propane grills. Turn off grill when finished, clean grill after use, be respectful of other guests, dispose of all trash and return area to the same condition as it was found.

13. Trash Disposal:
Dispose of all trash in provided bins. Follow local recycling guidelines. Do not leave trash outside the property.

14. Compliance with Local Laws:
Abide by all local laws and regulations, including parking restrictions and noise ordinances.

15. Emergency Contact:
In case of emergencies, contact local authorities by dialing 911. For property-related issues, reach out to the host through the booking platform.

16. Communication:
Keep open communication with the host. Inform them promptly of any issues or concerns during your stay.

Pet Rules:

1. Behavior:
Ensure your pet's behavior is controlled and does not disturb other guests or neighbors.

2. Furniture and Beds:
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please use pet-friendly blankets or bedding if your pet is used to being on furniture.

3. Cleaning Fee:
A pet cleaning fee may be charged for stays with pets. This fee covers additional cleaning required to remove pet hair and odors. Additional fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required

4. Leash Requirement:
Keep pets on a leash when outside the property, especially in communal areas. This is for the safety and comfort of all guests.

5. Pet Waste:
Clean up after your pet immediately. Dispose of pet waste in provided bins. Waste bags are provided throughout the property for your convenience.

6. Damage Reporting:
Report any damages caused by your pet promptly. Guests are responsible for any repairs or replacements necessary due to pet-related damages.
