Make your summer last all year round here at our condo in the Las Palmas Resort! This beautiful home is located in a beautiful cliff-side community, you can enjoy views of the red cliffs and city lights. Endless Summer is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with well stocked kitchen. Being on the 3rd floor you get to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets in the evening on the balcony! You'll have views of the Southern Utah red mountains, Pine Valley caps, and city lights at night. This unit also offers you easy elevator access.

Las Palmas is located very close to the world-famous bike trails like Bear Claw Poppy, Zen and Barrel Roll. Rock climbing at the GAP is also right there. The amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball as well as right next to the Skate Park (Rinq) and nearby paved riding trails.

Minutes away from shopping/theaters, sporting activities, restaurants and other tourist attractions such as Coyote Gulch art community, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park, this property also has the convenience of a community pool and its amenities. You'll find local events and charming shops. Enjoy the many outdoor sports such as swimming, golfing, tennis/pickle ball, skiing, boating, mountain biking and hiking.

Parking: This condo has a garage you're welcome to park in front of. Additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community. A small trailer may be parked in a stall but must be un-hitched from the vehicle.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we wanted to explore. The home was well-furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The only small issue was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, the space was welcoming and well-equipped. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Marathon and family birthday celebration long weekend

My son ran the St George marathon and some of our family gathered for the event and to celebrate 2 birthdays. It was a great spot for our smaller family unit. There were 4 of us, but more could have comfortably fit. It was the perfect desert retreat.

Our family loved this condo and the amenities. It was perfect for our older teens and our 5 year old. We will be checking this listing for availability when we come back again.

We had a great time. The property is clean and well furnished. It is on the third floor, so there are stairs involved, but the view of the city off the balcony was awesome. We would certainly stay here again.

Nice condo.

Condo was great for 3 adults and 2 teen baseball players down for a tournament. Pool was a close walk. Fantastic view from the very large deck. Great access to a number of mountain bike trails, I just rode from the condo.

Perfect place!

Stayed @ this condo for 2 weeks while my husband played softball in the Huntsman World Senior Games. So clean, great location, updated, comfortable beds, beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Host was easy to communicate with. Resort has elevators, which is great for senior citizens.

Clean and cozy

This was a great condo to stay in! The cleanliness exceeded our expectations as did the comfiness of the king mattress! We had a great stay and enjoyed the views, the clubhouse, and the warm weather. We didn’t realize till the last day that we were missing another pool key to get us into other pools… that was a bummer and something I feel like should be checked on by the manager after each guest because we didn’t know what we were missing out on. Overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anybody!

Great place

Very good customer service. The place was clean. The bathroom door stuck, so we couldn't close all the way. Got stuck in the bathroom a few times. Trash was under the master bed, but all in all a great place. Thank you. We will try and book this place again.

Overall it was fine. Great balcony view. Clean. The master bedroom shower door was broken and unusable. There should really be an elevator key for guests in a 3rd floor space. There was also no key for the tropical pools. This is our 3rd stay at Las Palmas and both of the other condo’s had the other amenities.

Très bien

Vaisselle disponible. De tout pour faire à manger. Belles piscines. Pickelball. De tout pour s'amuser. Très propre. Wifi perdu pour 12 hres mais panne de secteur. Très disponible pour tenter de réparer. J'y retourne sans problème.

Needs a bit of work

Enjoyed the overall stay. Off the beaten path a bit, which is good for a vacation. Nice pools that our grandkids really enjoyed. The unit itself is about 40 years old and needs some maintenance, though. 1) The laminate floor is dirty. It has been swept, but the floor itself needs to be scrubbed. The bottoms of our white socks were black before we even put our shoes on for the day. 2) The TV in the living room is asking for a login to a Dish or DirecTV account (don’t remember which). Thus, it is useless. Please provide account information so it can be used. 3) The three frying pans in the kitchen were very dirty with years of baked-on grime, and one was dented. All three need to be replaced. 4) The lock on the master bedroom door is installed backwards, thus you could lock people into the bedroom, not keep them out. 5) The door from the master bedroom to the deck doesn’t lock, thus the unit could easily be broken into. 6) The water in the master bedroom shower flows under the shower door (the seal on the bottom is not big enough. The water then goes down to the un-caulked laminate floor, and thus under the floor. When you step on the floor, it squishes. Probably some mold down there, and possibly damage to the unit below.

Water leak

The actual condo was nice, although we couldn’t walk around without sandals because the floors were so dirty the bottoms of our feet were black. We also messaged the owner about a water leak in the master bathroom that we never got a response about as well. The condo was nice, but I would recommend staying at a different condo due to these things, as well as super late check in policy. Every other condo in this complex we’ve stayed at the check in is no later than 1pm (not 5pm).
