Great location

Property was a perfect location just as the listing stated. Easy walk to the train, restaurants, and the museums. Perfect amount of room for our girl trip of 6. Steep stairs going upstairs but not hard to navigate. Hosts are very quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Massachusetts.

Wedding weekend Gloucester Stay

The location is the highlight; easy walk to downtown food and shops. Older decor but renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Individual air/heat makes comfortable for all in the group.

Great for proximity to Salem in October

We couldnt get close to Salem in October but Goucester was a perfect substitute! We love places with culture and Gloucester gave us what we needed with local shopping and convenience while not far from Salem. The house was so fun and if needed anything the owner sent us a message almost immediately.

Great Location!

This really was a great location. Within easy walking distance from downtown and the waterfront. We spent a couple of days in Salem and it wasn’t a far drive. Be prepared for steps. There’s quite a few to get into the unit and then more to get to the bedroom. Overall we had a great stay.

Absolutely Lovely

This home was one of the cleanest and well-kept VRBO's we have stayed at. Owner was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and the home is exactly as listed and expected. Location is an easy walk to the grocery store which was very handy. Easy drive to the places we needed to go (Hammond Castle and Salem). If ever needing to stay in the area again, will absolutely check the availability of this listing!!

We had a lovely stay in this spacious property. We enjoyed the walk ability to downtown and the waterfront. Metered parking was a slight inconvenience as we had multiple cars.

Great little spot in Glouster

Overall a great stay. We were a group of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Very spacious, comfortable beds, individual ac/heating in each room was appreciated. Well stocked kitchen as well. Walking distance to the harbour, local restaurants and shops on main street. Easy drive to local beaches. It is a 2nd storey walk up and the bedrooms are on the second floor of the unit - just fyi for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment was exceptional—neat, roomy, and conveniently located at the heart of it all, with most attractions within an easy stroll or a brief car ride. For those traveling with canine companions, you'll be delighted to find a charming dog park in the vicinity, although we only discovered this gem on the final day of our stay. When my family and I return to Gloucester for our next vacation, we intend to reserve this place well ahead of time.

Vac in Gloucester!

Lovely rental property within walking distance of restaurants, groceries and great ice cream at Holy Cow Cafe. Just be able to climb lots of stairs, some very steep,inside and out.

Great home in a great location

This home in the center of Gloucester was the perfect accommodation for our weekend stay. It is a 5-10 minute walk to town, a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, and a 2 minute walk to a delightful local wine and cheese shop! The house was equipped with all we needed including a Nespresso machine and electric kettle. Having a parking space was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Picked because of location and photos looked ok. Property did not seem ready for our stay. Had to search for tp, there was no soap for shower or dishwasher, fridge was dirty, and tv didnt work. Owner came to get tv on but we could only get 1 channel and had to sit by the antenna or tv went out. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful home for parents of the groom

This was an incredible home, with everything that we could have needed. The owners were VERY ACCOMIDATING when I had to change our reservations twice, My only suggestion is that I wish home description had warned us about the staircases. I'm elderly with hip issues. (I do not want this is detract from our gratitude for the home, just something to consider,)

Great 2 Story Condo in Gloucester!

My family and I just left from three nights at this residence. We had a lovely stay. Due to the age of the residence, it does not offer central AC however, The Mitsubishi air unit in each room, kept the home very comfortable, even with the extreme heat the northeast was having during our stay. The unit is two stories with a second floor entry so if stairs are an issue, this property may not be for you. The beds were comfortable. The linens were plushy. We loved the location and its walkability to the downtown main area of Gloucester. The home even comes with a parking space- With additional ample metered street parking right out front. Communication with the owner prior to our stay happened through the app we knew how to get into the unit and had access to the Wi-Fi. Once we arrived, I needed to ask the owner one question and that was about local beaches. She was quick to respond. Overall, I would recommend this two-story condo in the heart of Gloucester!
