You will have a triple-A experience at this Villa: American luxury, Asian enchantment and African adventure all combined on one property. There are three structures: a main house with three bedrooms w/extra sleeping space, an Authentic Tiny House and a Sky Castle with 4 sleeping compartments.

A customized oceanfront home designed with meticulous care from silk rugs and comforters from China, high-end comfortable mattresses from America, Italian furniture, and custom-made leather living room set, etc. Offering health and comfort with a pool, water plant for healthy drinking water, wet and dry kitchen with stove and oven, air conditioners throughout the house, solar for power outages, and more. This is a place to indulge all of your senses. It was designed to create a safe space for the mind, body and soul. Many people go on holiday and take trips to return home exhausted wishing for another vacation. You can come here to escape! You can defrag, detach and retreat to give yourself a respite. And when ready you can go to experience all that the island has to offer and come back to a safe space.

You will wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean and can end your day on the rooftop watching the sunset over the lush bush. An ultra-private and secure property with a very tall cement wall, an electric fence, and the entire property is well-lighted with security cameras discretely tucked away. You can take a swim in the ocean or the pool any time of day or night. You can drink from any of the taps because our water is pulled directly from the earth and through an osmosis and purification machine you have healthy drinkable clean water eliminating the need for bottled water. You can eat directly from the various fruit trees or have an earth-to-table experience with our organic garden with a variety of vegetables when in season. The island experiences a lot of blackouts and power outages, but we have a solar system for emergencies.

We are 25 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from Stone Town and have easy access to any part of the island such as Paje 50 minutes away, etc. We are 5 minutes from Safari Blue which is one of the island's premier sea life attractions. We are located between Fumba Town and Fumba UpTown which have restaurants and a little nightlife.

A Gardener and Housekeeper tend to the property on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is imperative to maintain the house and machines needed to provide water, security, etc. The sea spray causes erosion, etc. so there must be the cleaning of the pool, furniture, floors, etc. as scheduled. This is not optional nor does the guest pay for it.

For an additional cost a meal preparer, full-time housekeeping and driver can be provided.

Power for average usage will be added to the meter which will last a few days to a week. Once used, guests must purchase more electricity that the Property Manager will add to the meter. This is based solely on usage. Some people do not use it much while others may run air conditioners, pool jets, washing machines/dryer, etc.
