In front of the property there are 2 parking places.
Fun areas nearby such as Therme, Mall Baneasa, wineyards,, gulf and cricket opportunities.

There are 4 bedrooms each having a queen size bed 160 x 200 cm
Each room shares the bathroom with another room on the same floor.
