Cependant, la villa est très privée et elle est entourée d'un magnifique jardin tropical luxuriant. La maison semi-attenante a été conçue pour profiter de la vie en plein air dans les Caraïbes, et l'accent de cette maison est sur ses espaces extérieurs, tels que la grande terrasse, le porche, la piscine, la terrasse et le jardin.

La Villa du Voyageur est une maison de vacances familiale confortable de style caribéen français qui est disponible pour des locations à la semaine à des tarifs de lancement très attractifs. La villa est à seulement un pâté de maisons de la plage d'Orient Beach, la plage la plus populaire de l'île. Une courte promenade de 3 minutes vous amènera à Orient Village, la place principale d'Orient Bay pour l'épicerie, les restaurants, la pizzeria, les bars, une boulangerie française et quelques autres magasins.

Cette villa de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est disponible à la location depuis novembre 2008. La villa a été rénovée et rénovée. La plupart des meubles, des meubles de patio, la literie, la décoration et les accessoires sont neufs. La petite maison de vacances meublée avec goût et joliment décorée dispose d'un très bel espace extérieur comprenant une piscine privée et une terrasse ensoleillée. Toutes les chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée; les trois chambres sont sous un même toit et sont accessibles de l'intérieur, ce qui fait de la Villa du Voyageur un endroit parfait pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Pour les clients avec des tout-petits, il pourrait être bon d'ajouter qu'une entrée dispose d'une petite rampe, de sorte que vous pouvez facilement entrer dans la propriété avec une poussette. La villa peut accueillir au mieux 2 couples ou une famille avec de jeunes enfants de max. six personnes au total.

Dehors, il y a une grande terrasse couverte. D'un côté, vous trouverez une nouvelle table à manger en teck pour 6 personnes, et de l'autre il y a un coin salon très confortable pour vous détendre sur votre véranda privée.

Tous les meubles de patio sont neufs. Toujours à portée de main est également un nouveau barbecue que vous voudrez peut-être installer soit près de la piscine, la salle à manger sur la terrasse, ou sur le salon / véranda.

Villa du Voyageur est à seulement 3 minutes à pied de St. La plage la plus populaire de Martin, Orient Bay, avec son grand choix de bars de plage, de restaurants et d'excellentes installations de sports nautiques. Le village gastronomique de Grand Case est à 10 min. en voiture. Marigot et Philipsburg sont chacun à environ 20 min. s'en aller en voiture.

La piscine et ses environs sont très confortables et privés. Il y a un coin salon ombragé sur le porche et un coin repas de l'autre côté de la terrasse couverte.

La cuisine jouxte le coin salon dans un espace ouvert avec haut plafond cathédrale. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, un four et une cuisinière Ceran (électrique), une cafetière, un grille-pain. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine ainsi qu'un ensemble complet de vaisselle et de vaisselle sont disponibles. Dans une salle séparée, il y a aussi une machine à laver pour le confort des clients, et un service de ménage une fois par semaine est inclus dans vos frais de location.

La Villa du Voyageur dispose d'un salon chaleureux et meublé avec goût avec tous les nouveaux meubles. Le coin salon confortable est installé à côté de la terrasse et est le meilleur endroit pour regarder la télévision par satellite sur un grand écran plat. Plafond blanc voûté, portes coulissantes extra larges, lecteur DVD et CD, décoration individuelle et luminaires soignés, sans oublier une unité de climatisation sont les principales caractéristiques de cette confortable pièce décloisonnée.

La Villa du Voyageur dispose de 3 chambres, avec climatisation à deux niveaux et un lit double dans chacune. La chambre «verte» s'ouvre sur la terrasse. Il y a un grand placard et un petit bureau à côté qui est fait pour utiliser un ordinateur portable pour une connexion Wi-Fi.

Chacune des trois chambres du Voyageur est équipée d'un lit double (avec 63 'légèrement plus large qu'un lit Queen), de la climatisation et d'un placard. Toutes les chambres sont situées au rez-de-chaussée et sont accessibles de l'intérieur, parfaites pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants!

Deux des trois chambres sont situées à l'arrière de la maison. La chambre «verte» (voir photos à droite) est située à l'avant et donne sur la terrasse et la piscine. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes privées. Une des salles de bain a aussi une baignoire. Les deux salles de bains sont équipées d'un sèche-cheveux.

La chambre «rouge» dispose de la climatisation, d'un grand placard, d'une belle commode et de pièces décoratives et de luminaires. Cette chambre et sa salle de bain attenante se trouvent à gauche lorsque vous passez l'arc dans le salon.

La chambre «verte» partage la salle de bain avec la troisième chambre. C'est une salle de bain complète privée avec un lavabo, un grand miroir, une douche et une étagère pour ranger les serviettes et autres articles de salle de bain.

La 3ème chambre a également A / C et un lit double

Villa du Voyageur est située dans la communauté fermée d'Orient Bay avec sécurité 24 heures. La villa est à un seul bloc, env. A 400 mètres de la plage et à 300 mètres d'Orient Village. Pour dîner, vous pouvez également rejoindre facilement les restaurants de Grand Case, la «capitale gastronomique» des Caraïbes, à 10 minutes en voiture. 20 minutes et vous êtes soit du côté néerlandais de Philipsburg, soit dans la capitale française Marigot pour faire du shopping (hors taxes), des marchés de rue, des cafés-terrasses, des restaurants et des bars.

We loved it

This is a lovely property, as advertised if not better. Very nicely decorated throughout and well equipped, having a pool is a real bonus, we used it several times a day. The area is very pleasant, there are good shops and restaurants and the beach within a five minute walk. The owners were very helpful answering all our questions promptly but leaving us alone to enjoy our holiday after welcoming us; if you get the chance to see their band, take it, they are really good.

Walkable to Orient Bay businesses and beach

We loved being able to walk 3 minutes and buy pastries and baguette. Happily lugged our stuff to the beach from here, it's not far. So conveniently located. The pool and covered porch were perfect. Enjoyed the pretty greenery around the pool deck and the view of the ocean over the palm trees. Outdoor shower and BBQ great to have. Having 2 bathrooms was great too. Kitchen had all the dishes needed to cook in, as well as staples like salt and pepper, olive oil, balsamic and so on. The hosts had even made ice cubes for us. This 3-bedroom villa was perfect for our family and we would rent it again if we are ever back this way.

Great location

This villa is as described although not quite as much privacy as it appears if you are further out on the deck area. Comfortable beds and all other amenities are good. Close walk to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Great Villa, Close to the Beach.

My wife, our 2 little kids(7 & 4), and I just returned from a wonderful 10 day vacation in St Martin. Villa Du Voyageur is comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean, and within walking distance from the beach and restaurants at Orient Bay. The owners Frank & Nathalie welcomed us on the first day and they are very friendly and helpful. We hope to come back one day and we highly recommend the villa for a nice family vacation.

Great Villa !!

Just returned home from spending 18 days at this beautiful villa !! Had a wonderful time !! This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this great villa . This unit is very clean inside and out , can easily handle up to six adults due to fact it has 3 bebrooms and two inside baths and one outdoors shower . Two great outdoors sitting areas under roof and a beautiful pool . walking distance to fine food and beautiful beaches , only would need car if you wanted to explore island . We will be returning next year 😎

Good location & pool-- needs updating

Positives are location and its proximity to the beach and the pool at the property. You can not have a better location. Basics are also in place-- air con, netting, washing machine. However, there are some significant points for improvement. House is quite dated inside: pillows are flat and do not look clean and need to be replaced, lounge chairs by the pool are moldy and we couldn't even use them, decor could use some updating as well, dishes and coffee maker are old. One of the big selling points for us was a ramp that leads to the property-- we have a little baby and needed a ramp for the stroller. However, the ramp was blocked off and we were simply told that is no longer functioning so we had to carry to stroller up and down the stairs a few times a day. Additionally, there were some communication gaps. The cleaner was scheduled for Thursday of the week and she didn't show up. We inquired and only then were told that it's now the next day. No advance courtesy notice was given. There was also a problem with a boiler and communications around it were quite poor-- we were expected to wait at the property waiting for the plumber. The plumber also didn't show up and this cost us a whole day of holiday. Very little was done in terms of apology for this.

Perfect Villa

My wife and I just returned after two weeks at Villa Du Voyageur. The pictures on the website are accurate. The pool is beautiful and private. The villa is very well appointed, comfortable and safe. It was a perfect home during our vacation. The villa is located a five minute walk to the village, which provides access to a number of restaurants and a new and improved grocery store (Casino) as well as the beach. To the extent we had any questions or concerns, Frank and Nathalie were incredibly responsive and helpful. They are sincerely nice people and making their acquaintance was an added bonus. We have stayed in St. Martin on seven prior occasions, often at significantly greater expense, and we have never had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We could not recommend Villa Du Voyageur more highly. We will be back. Paul and Joey

Amazing Villa, Pics/Description spot on

This is an amazing villa. It wasperfectly spacious for the 4 of us and would have been fine for 6 people since there was a third bedroom we didn’t use. The villa had everything we needed to make dinner on a few occasions including a propane grill. Frank and Nathalie were very welcoming and helpful and even came to take care of the pool midweek. They also provided a lot of information on what to do in the area as well as other things like car rental etc. The villa is in a gated community that has many shops, bars and restaurants and they are all very good. The beaches that you have access to all have bars and restaurants along them with chair/umbrella rentals. We rented a car to do some exploring and although the rest of the island also has interesting things to do and beaches to see Orient bay(where this villa is located) is one of, if not the nicest beach. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning.

Can't wait to go back!

We just came back from a wonderful 1-week getaway at the Villa Du Voyageur, and we're missing it already. It was an amazing vacation, and we have Frank and Natalie to thank for it, as they went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay for us. We traveled with our 5 year old and 6 months old sons, and had all the things we needed right there in our beautiful villa. The owners provided a baby crib, towels, pool toys and even bought a brand new high chair when we mentioned we might need one for the baby. They also arranged for a cleaning lady to come midweek, which was a nice touch. We couldn't have a more comfortable and smooth stay. The villa was calm, spacious and beautiful in every way, with a pool just outside the door, full kitchen, nice A/C, TV and wireless internet. The pictures really don't capture all the beauty of the place, it is very roomy, with huge cathedral ceilings and nice decor throughout. It even had an outdoor shower (in addition to 2 indoor baths) that we used after we came back from the beach. Our 5-year old had lots of fun playing in the pool every day, we rarely had to think about other entertainment for him while we were in the house. And the outdoor dining area is simply gorgeous! The place is very private, and is located very close to the Orient bay. It made for really nice relaxing evening strolls down to the Orient Bay village and further down the beach. We did not get to try all the restaurants over there, but Le Piment made a great impression. Oh and what a delight it is to start a day with a short stroll down the morning sun lit, peaceful lane to get a cup of latte and freshly baked baguette from the cafe down the street... It is hard to find the right words to describe this piece of paradise. Frank and Natalie - thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing your lovely place and for making it such a memorable trip. We will surely be back!

Great place

Stayed for two weeks. 6 of us plenty of room. Great treatment by the people who look after it. Come in twice a week to check on the pool and take care of any issues we had or we could call them. You are a 5 min walk from some of the best restaurants on the island, a small grocery store that sells the best BBQ chicken. Great entertainment, you can do lots of things on the beach, parasailing, wind surfing, seadoo, etc. 5 min drive from two great grocery stores that have most everything you need including booze and a pretty good selection at that. Beautiful butterfly farm about a few mins drive away as we'll. great views from just about anywhere, driving is not that bad loved the round abouts lol get on and round and round u went until you got the right one lol. Traffic not bad, also do not forgot to book a day at the lottery tree farm one word WOW. Couple of great stores at the top of the hill towards butterfly farm, all the ladies are really nice there and the restaurant is one of the best on the island. Bring bug dope misquitos, there like to bite and over again. Pics are available at the villa and you can pretty much get what you need at the drugstore which is the store with the big green cross that flashes. The villa is great you get sun all day and its a great pleasure to have the pool. If you have ever considered renting villas or condos a pool is a must, you will enjoy it so much when the beaches get crowded and you just do not want the crowds. Thanks again our friends from the villa du voyageur we will meet again one day. Thanks for making our trip more enjoyable as well as being our tour guide that we could call on to let us know what we needed to see or try. Must try the creole de paradise drink, the mango rum and many more lol

Perfect

Stayed in 2011 for honeymoon and again 2012. Already looking forward to 2013! Villa du Voyageur is very beautiful inside and out, and excellently maintained. Pool area is very private. Very short walk to Orient Village where you can find most everything you need at the Tap 5 store as well as all the wonderful restaurants and bars. Frank and Nathalie are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. All the photos are accurate and only makes us only want to go back as soon as possible.

Well equiped and extremely well maintained villa with attention to detail. The pool is just right with sunshine throughout most of the day. Good tips from the owner and an ideal location just a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

One of the best Villas in Orient Village

Photos and description are bang on. No surprises. Lots of space and very clean. The pool was better than expected. Very private. We were 2 couples and found the location close to the beach, stores and restaurants couldn't be better. Weather was gorgeous all week. Walked to the beach each day. Walking past the other Villas, we all thought we had the best. Trash and towel mid-week was great. Frank and Nathalie the owners were very helpful for our first time in SXM. E-mail ahead to get Happy Harold the taxi driver to pick you up at the airport. He'll take you grocery shopping and a tour along the way. 3 minute walk to small grocery store and a really great French Cafe. Also a wide range of restaurants with some great staff and great food. Ate out every night. Things to bring: Toilet paper - after you use what's there, you have to re-stock. Chips, they're $7.00 a bag. We brought Pringles, they travel best. Lots of sun block. Forget duty free at the airport, it's cheaper in SXM. Great shopping. All duty frree. Get a taxi or hop the local Jitney transportation. Lots of taxis near the beach. Location, Location

We were 2 couples who stayed during the week of March Break - weather was fabulous - location of villa is excellent - you can walk to the beach - don't miss the hidden gems in restaurants as you are walking there - also just walking down to pick up fresh croissants, quiches etc for breakfast. Home is very clean and welcoming. Bedrooms are good size. Beautiful landscaping. Our suggestion would be that the number of loungers around the pool should be increased - there are only 2 and even though there are numerous chairs it just isn't the same thing!
