Our quiet, private top floor condo sleeps up to 6.
THE SPACE
Remodeled open-plan kitchen, new furniture and views over the fountain and sunsets. The fully equipped open kitchen has a huge, stone, counter-height breakfast bar plus everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or gourmet dinner and it flows seamlessly into the dining area and living area, with comfy seating and 60" smart TV,. From the balcony you will enjoy the fountain playing below, gardens, clubhouse and a glimpse of the lake beyond, gorgeous sunsets and SeaWorld fireworks.
BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a hybrid king mattress and en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower.
The two guest bedrooms both have pillow-top, hybrid mattresses - one king, the other queen, and they share a family bathroom.
All bedrooms have overhead fans, top quality linens and smart TVs.

Perfect location and well equipped!

This was our second stay at Vista Cay and our first in this unit. It was a 5 STAR experience from start to finish. The host was very reposnsive and our stay was flawless. The unit is beautiful and so well equipped. From the extra supplies, to the beach towels, large fan in the primary bedroom and super comfortable beds/pillows. We will not hesitate to book this unit again. Thanks for a great week!

Great location for AAU Nationals

We chose this property for its proximity to the Orange County convention center for my daughter’s participation in the AAU national volleyball tournament. We had a wonderful experience. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. We would definitely consider the property again for any type of activity in the Orlando area. Thank you for a great experience.

Everything was amazing. Hosts were super available with any questions. Highly recommend! And close to convention so we perfect for us because we went for volleyball tournament.

Great find

Great condo, clean, good location central to everything. Beds were comfortable and communication was exceptional. I would recommend a few conveniences such as a little more coffee to start, tea, coffee creamer and sugar. Also maybe a few board games. Other than that it was perfect!

Great property!

This was the perfect place to stay while attending a conference at the Orange County convention center! It was clean and well-appointed, and the hosts were wonderful to communicate with. We hope to come back next year!

Lovely stay in Vista Cay!

We liked everything about this Condo/Apartment & would love to return. So close to everything & all parks within 20/25 mins. We had a couple of nights close by at Icon Park which was a very short car journey & plenty of things to do & eat out at. Thanks again Lyn & Teresa.

Close to universal

Beautiful property, easily accessible, flexible owner. Around 8 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Walgreens is one block away. Clean and close to everything!

Location is optimal.

We enjoyed the property overall. The hot tub was closed under construction which was a bummer but the pool was great. Also the ceiling fan in the first bedroom didn’t work which was a bummmet also. I would recommend putting an area rug under the beds in the unit every time you move in the beds it makes a scratching sound on the tile floor.

Great Location

This condo was in a great location. Beds were very comfortable. The only downfall is that there were not enough towels and wash clothes. But everything else was perfect!

Property was very clean, well-laid out, and beautifully decorated. Felt more like a hotel space than borrowing someone’s home. Vista Cay is a nIce facility, in a great location.

Great stay, lovely remodeled condo with quality materials and tastefully done, great for 6 adults. Instructions for access were sent ahead of time, along with everything we needed to know. Never had to ask for any information!

Great vacation stay

We came down (from Tennessee) for a week at Universal Studioes. This was a great spot - close to Universal. Condo was spotless, furniture nice - looked relatively new. Beds were super comfy. Publix was just around the corner. Restaurants were close. Landlord was nice. I would stay here again. This was great.

Very Good Price Nice and clean

The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had a great view. It would have been nice if the third bedroom had a tv like the rest and if instructions would have told us that the condo was upstairs. We spent about 30 minutes looking for the condo. Overall I would still rate this as 5 stars. I would recommend starying here. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Amazing all around!!

Super clean, beautifully furnished, easiest check in I’ve ever had at any rental. All instructions were clear, all info I needed about check in, check out, cleaning. WiFi, etc was available. Condo was perfect in every way. New towels and bedding, everything I needed in the kitchen. Location to Publix, Walgreens and OCCC was exactly what we needed. Could not be happier. Would rent again any time!
