The villa was completely renovated and refurnished after Hurricane Ian. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to six people to enjoy an unforgettable vacation under the Florida sun. The appealing furnishings and decorative accents are kept in bright colors, which gives the whole a cheerful, inviting impression. You immediately feel welcome here.

The kitchen with granite countertops is kept in a trendy gray, with stainless steel electrical appliances in a modern design (fridge-freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Farmhouse Stainless Steel sink, etc.) Here it is fun to prepare breakfast or lunch or even a delicious dinner.

The large pool area overlooks the canal and includes a covered terrace with several seating areas and plenty of sunbathing space where you can make yourself comfortable on the numerous sun loungers. A gas barbecue is available for a snack between meals or a cozy barbecue evening with a hamburger or steak.

The beautifully designed pool can be heated electrically, which means that it can also be used on the (rare) cooler days. The entire house is surrounded by flowering shrubs and tropical plants, giving you the feeling of having arrived in a little piece of paradise - your Little Paradise. Enjoy!

Cape Coral, Florida is a popular vacation destination for guests from all over the world and especially for boaters. The city offers an extensive network of waterways and numerous vacation homes with a canal location. Houses with a very short distance to the river are preferred, and this is exactly what Little Paradise can offer. The cozy little villa is in an excellent location for all boat enthusiasts. You can reach the Caloosahatchee River in about five minutes and the beautiful sandy beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island or Fort Myers Beach in another 30 minutes.

For your comfort, you will find the following as initial equipment in the vacation homes we manage in Cape Coral:
Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and dishwashing sponge
Replenishment of dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters and garbage bags
Cleaning agents such as window cleaner, all-purpose cleaner and disinfectant
Spare light bulbs
On the kitchen shelf you will find various spices - e.g. salt and pepper

***** A security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or zel.. or ven... From this deposit your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.

***** Base price is for 4 persons, each additional person will be charged
***** The consumed electricity during your stay will be charged
