Housekeeping is provided 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) at no extra charge. Guests can request additional cleaning for an additional fee of $40 for 3 additional days, with the exception of Sundays, when cleaning is not available. The property also includes pool and garden maintenance a few times per week. Smoking is allowed outside, but guests are asked to be careful with the thatched roofs, especially when it is windy. Pets are welcome with responsible owners and a pet deposit.

The upper Studio One includes an open set of steep stairs to access the bed and rooftop. This unit is best for agile guests and not suitable for children under age 10. Studio Two is safe for children and people of any agility with only two wide porch steps leading to the entrance.

The Main House includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with large thatched covered balconies, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and large mahogany closets as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bathroom (en suite) and access to the rooftop for sunrises, sunsets, and stargazing at night! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be joined to make a king size. At ground level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room in open space, all just steps away from the pool where you can relax with your friends and family at any time, in total privacy. The wooden deck and garden area offer plenty of spots to relax in the sun or shade, making it a great place for children (or your pets) to play and explore.

But that's not all! In addition to the Main House, the property also includes two Guest Studios in a separate building just across from the pool. The Upper Studio One is equipped with a large balcony, kitchen, living area, a full bathroom, and a loft with a queen-size bed. The Lower Studio Two is on the ground floor and features a bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Both studios offer a unique and comfortable way to stay, with private balconies and kitchen facilities. With new high speed internet, you'll have everything you need to stay connected while on vacation.
